i went to Total vision when it was on Fenn rd next to stop and shop… pretty bad experience then, probably that’s why i would never go back to this place even after they moved to their new location… the front desk staff just didn’t care about the patients. she told me to take out my contacts. and then go pick out a pair glass frames on the wall… r u serious? maybe the reason I’m wearing contacts is because i can’t see that well. and then when i told her that i can’t see that well without my contacts. she mumbled under her breathe… very nice of her!!! she totally made me feel conscious about my eye sight… and then they con me into buying a pair of $ 400 glasses when they knew i was using them for a week because i had an eye infection. i haven’t wore glasses in 20 years… why on earth would i pay that kinda money on a pair that i would only wear until the infection goes away? they wouldn’t hear of it… «no no. these are the glasses you want… » now i realize all their products are super overpriced. should’ve known going in… my fault.

My first time here at Totalvision and i definitely recommend this place from the front desk staff to the eye doctor they where very friendly and professional, they have the most up-​to-​date eye equipment.

The office staff and doctors were very friendly and professional. The office was very clean. They were able to get my in the same week. The doctor was thorough and took her time addressing all of my concerns. Highly recommended to all.

First time eye doctor appointment, it went well, very nice office, well organized and they use the latest eye testing equipment. Very professional staff and the prices for frames were fair. I would definitely recommend to friends.
