About 400 yards of tubing tracks with a nice drop. Six tracks with various steepness and sizes of inner tubes to accommodate young kids and adults. They make snow, so even when there isn’t snow on the ground they may be open. Nice conveyor to the top. When we went it was a bit crowded so the highest runs often had a bit of a wait but nothing too long. They also take very good close-up photos, which you can purchase later online. Cost is $ 25 for 2 hours of tubing. Lots of fun for the whole family.

We heard about this place from a local winery in the area. Due to the weather, our original plans for tubing in Boone wee cancelled. We were thrilled to find this place was still open. Small but definitely worth taking advantage of. Less crowded than some of the other tubing places and you are able to get in more time spent tubing. Cost was $ 25 for two hours. I highly recommend and will be back.

This is by far the best place to go for snow tubing in North Carolina. They have the best prices, the best equipment and safety is #1 for them. Everyone is super friendly. It is well worth the extra drive.

So after several hundreds of miles driving and hiking through the Jonas Ridge area, we finally decided to try out the snow tubing area. As David noted, the place looks small, and doesn’t look like much fun. However after the first time down the hill, I realized that looks are deceiving. This place truly is a lot of fun! When you arrive, you will go into a decent size room, with a nice fireplace and a few picnic tables setup. This is where you will pay and get briefed on what you can and cannot do on the hill. After you pay, and get your«lift«ticket fastened to your jacket, all you have to do is venture outside to grab your tube and head up the hill. Once you are on top, you will see that you have a choice of six different lanes to venture down, each with their own unique characteristics. After you pick a lane, have fun and hold on to your hats! If the slope is icy, this place can be fast! The two hour session seems just about right. Our entire group, range of ages from 3 to 50, was nice and worn out at the end of the session. I did however feel that the price was a little bit towards the steep side($ 25 per person regardless of age). With that being said, if you find a coupon its definitely worth it!

Bought a Living Social deal for this park, and took my 4 year old for her first snow-tubing experience. The cost was $ 10 each, normally $ 20 each for 2 hours of snow tubing. When I first arrived I though«oh no» this place is small. The hill is not very long and I was expecting something much larger. However, it was really good. The lines keep moving, and since the hill is not that big, you get more runs in. There is a nice lodge, and a huge fireplace to hang out near. The staff were really good. Lots of them and they were really attentive. Very helpful getting people on and off the moving carpet, which works really well. No complaints at all. Loads of fun for a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon. They do not take credit/debit cards though so plan accordingly!

This family owned tubing park is close to Boone, NC. It was $ 25 for a two hour session, and the lines were always moving. We never just stood and waited. The employees are friendly and helpful, and the park is clean and well maintained. I would suggest a helmet for little ones as tubing can be quite dangerous. This is not a professional park, but compared to the pro parks I have been to I’d say this is a good deal for the money and a ton of fun for a family afternoon outing! Parking is limited, and safety isn’t exactly emphasized, but it seemed just as safe as anywhere else I have been. Just follow the rules, and all should be fine.
