I recently had to contact Geek To You when my laptop «died.» Unfortunately it really did but they were helpful from diagnosis (bad) to tips on shopping for a new laptop to setting up the new one when it arrived. I need a lot of help and I was impressed with the courteous, professional, friendly and overall good advice and service.
