The «shift manager» working on 05/31/2015 is a miserable person who clearly hates her life and her job. She was so rude. Save your money and go some place else until the owner of this location figures out how to hire customer service oriented staff.

They need to close down this location because they don’t seem to understand what customer service is. They already close their doors hours before the posted time on their windows so what’s the point in even staying open? The employees are always incredibly rude and every single one just needs to be fired. No exaggeration. Hire people who actually give a damn about their job. This is no way to treat your customers, or keep them for that matter. Shame on you coldstone. Shame on you.

We had a wonderful experience here! Our group of four ordered a cup of ice cream, a waffle cone and two shakes. Mine seemed to have too much milk so I mentioned it and both employees apologized and quickly remade it for me. They were so nice and told me that they wanted me to be have the best experience possible. I truly did because the remade shake had to be the best milkshake I have ever tasted! Excellent customer service and delicious products!!! I can’t wait to go back again!!!
