We have used Crossroads on a few occasions and have experienced excellent service and fair prices.
This week I contacted them regarding the cruise control on my wife’s explorer
They could have immediately had me come in for repair but instead made me aware of a possible recall from ford that might cover the cost of repair.
After we contacting Fitzpatrick we were advised our model was not included.
So we dropped off our car Friday night and picked it up Saturday.
Great job guys.

Broke my oil dip stick, didn’t replace. Left the engine cover off of my engine and I had to figure out where the hell it was. Call around to get quotes they will rip you off.

I don’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Since arriving in town in 2005 they have been my «go to guys» for vehicle repairs big and small. I appreciate their honesty and the quality of repairs. They treat both myself and my vehicles with respect. If there is ever an issue post-repair with an unforeseen development they are quick to make things right by doing whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. Don’t even think about going anywhere else!
