Awful customer service. The sales person on the floor seemed to select which customers she spoke to. As for me, she just looked at me and kept walking though I clearly needed assistance. I spent 30 minutes in the store with no assistance from anyone so left without purchasing the two boxes of shoes that I actually wanted.

DSW has good prices on shoes, and I found the closest to perfect nude patent leather heels here that I’ve been able to find. DSW also sends out coupons to its loyalty card members, so I got $ 10 off of my charge.
They were training a new employee, who was very nice, but it took some extra time to get checked out because of this. Overall, a good store and I know I will return!
