We bought a house with a pool in January, with absolutely no idea on how to care for a pool (I still don’t know, but my bf does– hence the review, oops).
They have made a few visits over 10 months, mostly for lighting and instruction.
This last visit was because I didn’t clean under the filter (now I know!), and get the leaves out.
There was a miscommunication, and they came out without knowing why they were there.
Luckily, and why it’s a 5 star rating, they corrected it promptly the next day.
We were in full panic mode, with a clogged pipe and no circulation (oh the leaves!). They realized our panic, and put us on the list to fix it quickly, rather then having us wait.
Thank you J & M! Our pool is back in perfect shape!

J & M is the greatest. They take a personal approach to their customers. I never fee like i am another «Customer». They return calls/emails in a short time and having the same person maintain my pool helps to know that person see any changes each week. There is no other pool service to think about but J & M.

These guys are a class act. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just nice people. We ordered a custom pool cover from them and the three step process was as simple as could be. Come to the house for a quote, back to the house to measure, and finally back 3 weeks later to install. These guys are the real deal and I would recommend them to anyone.

Nice guys. Prompt and knowledgeable. The replaces some pumps and motors. After I ran the pumps for a few minutes the connecting hoses needed to be tightened to stop them from leaking. Not a big deal.
