I was a league bowler for almost six years at this establishment. Its had been good and bad through out the years. Met great people there and made many friends. The place has been going down hill lately. Lanes not taken care of and machines breaking down every week during league play. Manager not available during league and didn’t want to hear what league bowlers wanted to express issues. I started writing reviews on their home page. Two weeks ago I wrote a review along with other bowlers on the situation that night. Lanes where not clean and people sticking all over the place. They cleaned the lanes before we started again which delayed us over an hour to start. First bowler fell on the lanes after they cleaned them and hurt him self on the arm. No apologies or how are you, just fill out report and will handle it from there. Manager sees post and came in directly to me and started yelling at me. I posted the truth and she didn’t like it. She then banned me from the house and league. Plenty of bowlers witness this and can’t believe she talked that way to a customer and league bowler. This place has poor management and doesn’t care about the customer, it’s always the bottom line for them. If you read reviews on their page its normally bad about staff and management.

Updating my review because I am appalled by the poor service and completely unacceptable treatment of league bowlers by the management at Junction Lanes. My significant other is on a league, and during league play, due to the improper maintenance of lanes, a bowler fell and hurt himself. Instead of fixing the mistake or offering assistance, the manager kicked the bowler out in the middle of a game because an official complaint was filed. This is completely unprofessional and rude, especially considering the revenue that league bowlers bring in weekly.

Very unhelpful and uncooperative. Waited a hour for a lane when many were available, but wouldn’t let us on because a birthday party was in 2 hours. We put our name on a wait list(when we first got in). A hour and a half later we came back and we still didn’t have a spot. The staff was rude and ignored us until we stood in front of them and kept asking when they were ready. If it wasn’t what someone wanted to do on their birthday we would have left. Not to mention its too expensive. Wouldn’t go again would rather travel half a hour to a better place.

Use to not have any complaints but it seems the staff has gone to hell we came in with an hour left and they gave me and 1 other person a game and told us if we finished we could add another game before closing we finish with over 40 mins left of open business time and apparently they can’t add games because they cashed out the drawers an hour before closing this is not the first time their staff has been terrible if you have a staff they should probably not lie to customers and not play dumb when they are asked questions and don’t waste time talking to a manager the one on duty was everything BUT helpful wish I could give no stars this used to be a nice place

Eh… I’ve been to better. Staff needs to do a better job at monitoring the guest especially if liquor is involved and you hear a loud scene from across the lanes. We went to chill and practice but ended up leaving earlier than expected.

Nice place for the most part. The shot was pretty good. Lighting is lacking a bit and feels like a dungeon.

I was in Newnan with my little cousins and was looking for something to do at 10pm. Being in this city, you’re left with like 4 options total really, 2 of which is waffle house or steak n shake. Now this isn’t a brunswick zone or AMF lanes by any means but I mean, you work with what you have. But granted it’s memorial day weekend, it’s not packed like many people has stated here, but i don’t doubt that it gets hella packed on weekends due to kids. I saw the indoor putt putt area, not interested. The bar area which has the billiards area in the back was decent, the bar at least. Looks like to be a full bar, plenty of seating to watch a game. The billiards area is a joke. $ 1.25 to play per game, tables are too close to each other, warped sticks. Bowling, there’s some special at 11pm and 12pm for unlimited bowling and prices vary. Only played one game though, lane got stuck twice. Really? The tables weren’t sticky, so I guess I had that going on. The lanes itself were hella dry though. No oil at all and the baseboards were so worn down, there’s no give to it at all. You can tell that it’s a dated bowling lane. The arcade is pretty small, but I can see it entertaining couple boys for a while. Prices weren’t all that bad actually. I like the basketball game for a quarter, get 50 points and you get a free game. So unless you like to hang out at waffle house at midnight, I guess this place is one of your few options besides seeming a movie.

This is a rather old establishment and the equipment such as lane return and pin resets need constant repair as they have not been update in some time. This causes many lanes to be closed as they are unusable so wait times for a regular unscheduled game is lengthy usually 1 – 2 hours at peak hours. This lane seems to have adopted a model that let’s league play cover the cost of business while the add on indoor putt putt and mini arcade are used to generate profit revenue. This means lots of kids dropped off and left for hours with no adult supervision. This creates a really lack luster and unenjoyable environment to bowl with friends or family. It’s like trying to rent a lane inside a Chuck’e’Cheese. The cleanness leaves something to be desired but as there is only one adult manager per ten teenage employees this means no oversight or care given to the task at hand such as clearing trash, running balls, or even just helping a customer. Should another newer venue open up within five miles this establishment would be hard pressed to give folks a reason to return.

Tried to bowl here several times. They always have a «2 hour» wait. People at the desk are not very accommodating or nice. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Worst pizza on the planet, dough was undercooked and tons of grease. I took it up to the counter and the staff was complete idiots. Didn’t even bother to make it right. Will never order pizza from them again.

The prices are very high. Price gets a little better with coupon. The equipment needs major overhaul it appears, as lanes are unlevel at times and ball returns stick continuously. They charge almost $ 4 for large fountain drink. Glow putt putt is WAY over priced. The theme is good, but it is packed into a tiny section of the building. Almost no challenge for any child over 4. No way would I pay to go again. Acade is small with several outdated machines.

Saturday nights are busy. The wait times are 1 – 1.5 hours. Tonight while waiting the hour and a half 5 – 10 lanes were always open. You would think the staff could be friendlier and more efficient. You pay by the games so the more games played would equal more money!

The front desk customer service people are lazy. They talk to each other while you wait on them to come and get your shoes and lane. Managers are not concerned about the customers. I will go somewhere else to bowl from now on.

This place is a fun place to go since it is pretty much the only bowling alley around this area. The prices are TOOHIGH to bowl. I like their specials but just regular prices are ridiculous. This place is not that high class or anything. They have a small room for pool and its decent enough. The arcade area is blah. The glow in the dark putt putt golf is something I am yet to try. I would suggest to go their website and print out some of the coupons they have to offer. The price for beer is ok. A tube is about 100oz for 13 bucks. Staff can be slightly unfriendly. depends who is working.
