NEVER AGAIN! I really hate to write bad reviews, but I want to warn anyone thinking for going here. I have never had to tell a nail technician to stop in the middle of services before. I was getting a manicure and pedicure. I do not know the name of the girl who did my service (my fault for not asking, but I just wanted to get out of there), but she was awful. She did my manicure, and while clipping my cuticles she cut five of my fingers (visible blood). She quickly painted them and not well might I add. I should have not even proceeded with the pedicure, but foolishly I let her begin. She clipped my toe nails too short, to the point that it hurt when she filed them, then she started clipping my cuticles way too aggressively. At least there was no blood this time. I kind of flinched. I told her that I wanted her to stop clipping my cuticles and that I was done and just wanted to go home. She continued to proceed with the pedicure like she couldn’t understand me, and again I had to tell her to stop. I had to explain to her that she was very rough and she had hurt me by cutting too far into my cuticles and made five of my fingers bleed. She only charged me for the manicure since she didn’t finish the pedicure. I was really upset and should have refused to pay at all and talked to a manager, but I just wanted to get out of there.
I will give this an extra star because it’s very clean and beautiful facility… But when you have terrible nail techs working there, that’s not going to keep your business going.

I’ve been to a lot of places lately. My husband got his haircut next door and said, «There’s a new nail place, get your nails done.» I did. The best experience I’ve had in a long time. I don’t like to talk. I like to relax. See NATHAN at Kingdom Nail Salon in Newnan (Thomas Crossroads).

Went today for a full gel set and pedicure. Yen did my gel set (she was very sweet) Ken was the name of the gentleman doing my pedicure and despite us communicating that I was not getting gel on my toes, he proceeded to put gel on anyways. I had to stop him and maybe from embarrassment he became a little rude with me for the remainder of my pedicure. I will say I am still pleased with how my nails turned out and Yen apologized for her Co workers behavior. I’m keeping 3 stars because of the poor customer service which reflects on my ability to enjoy what should be a therapeutic experience. Also I didn’t mention this on my previous review but the pedicure massage seems shorter than other nail places. Today I received no massage beyond Ken rubbing the lotion into my lower calf area and feet. There could also be a better nail polish selection.

They made my first visit AWESOME!!! They were very fast, yet did an amazing job on my nails and toes, I will definitely make this my new nail and spa place. I also loved the atmosphere. 5 thumbs up for me… and Tommie is great just thought I would recommend him, he does an AMAZING job!!!
