Matthews Cleaning Service

I haven’t used them and I don’t think I ever will. They provided a service to my next door neighbor today and dumped a ton of nasty, soapy water from their hoses into my yard, flooding my driveway. They really need to understand that when they operate their vehicles with the company name plastered on the side of them, they should work professionally and route any water to the street rather than the neighbors driveway as I or my family and friends may be in the market for that service as well. Well, not using Matthews that’s for sure.
After leaving the above review, the owner, Mark Matthews, personally came to my house to apologize about the issue and offered me discounted service because of the inconvenience it caused. This was exceptional and I was wrong about this company not being professional. I would use this company if /​when in need of professional cleaning.

I used Matthews to clean my large area rug. The price was right, service good, and job completed earlier than promised.

This business is absolutely horrible! My Mom and I both have had horrible experiences with Matthew himself! I had a flood and had to have my whole living room and kitchen flooring replaced. I also had to have industrial fans and dehumidifiers to dry the house out. After the initial company, my house was covered in dust and dirt. My insurance allowed me to get an estimate from a company of my choice for a thorough cleaning, so that I could move back in comfortably with my 2 year old, and infant child. Matthew’s gave me a $ 1500 estimate, which included a deep cleaning of all carpets, and a deep cleaning of my 2 couches. Matthew came with his Daughter and another gentleman in a beat up old van, and proceeded to finish in a couple of hours. When I returned, all that had been done was a light dusting of surfaces, and the carpets looked horrible and dirty, but were damp. One of my couches was khaki colored, and you could see spots and discolorations all over it! I think it looked worse after the so called cleaning!
