Please stay FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY from this physicians group. It is shocking how little compassion the providers have, given that it is a pediatrics practice. If you are more than 10 minutes late, they will NOT see your child, no matter how sick they are. There were many instances where my husband or I left work early to make the appointment and arrived a few minutes late, and they refused to see our child. There was one instance in particular where I called ahead of time and said I was near the highway exit, but due to the rain, there was a bad accident on the highway and the highway was shut down. This caused me to unfortunately arrive for the appointment 11 minutes late. NONE of the providers would see my daughter, and not to mention, I was worried that she had pneumonia because she had been constantly coughing for 4 days straight and not getting any sleep. I mentioned to the office manager that I had left work 2 ½ hours early to make sure I made the appointment because my daughter was very sick and her response was «You being late is going to throw off our entire schedule» (It was 4pm in the afternoon). She also proceeded to say «We have rules for a reason». My response was I understand there are rules to follow, but there is also compassion… especially when you’re dealing with children. Needless to say I will NEVER return to this practice and I hope this review will prevent many other working parents who have to take off from work to take their children to the doctor, from selecting this practice as they will NOT show you nor your child any compassion or leniency.
