If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I came in for dessert. Our waiter walked by us three times and said nothing. The hostess finally came over to take our drink order. The wait was about 25 minutes for dessert! The restaurant is never busy, but it always takes a long time to receive your food. Poor management and poor service.

I ate dinner with family Saturday night. The service was extremely slow. Basic things like forks and napkins are sort of expected, but not at this visit. The food was okay, but the poor service will keep me from going back. After an hour or so into the visit, I found our waiter watching basketball dunk contest at the bar. Some items, like the requested water refills never arrived. I don’t have much more to say.

Only good for quick drop in meals or salad lovers for the bar. She made reservations but when we arrived they said they don’t know who she talked to but they don’t accept reservations. Their website says they do. We arrived at 2pm. They just took our drinks at 2:55. The manager said he had to call in some servers to come to work. The manager keeps saying he’s not obligated but will accommodate the group.

I came here in August with my sister. I wanted to order something with a chicken breast, but they were completely out of chicken breasts. The service was incredibly slow. I went back today with my husband and was going to order the Turkey and Swiss Masterpiece, but was informed that they were out if all the masterpiece sandwiches. Does that mean they come frozen and aren’t prepared fresh? Gross. I ended up getting the salad bar on both occasions, and I feel for $ 9 it’s a very limited salad bar. My husband ended up going with just a side of fries and they took forever to arrive. Service was once again slow. Won’t be going back. Chances are they wouldn’t have what I want anyways.

If I could give this place 1⁄3 of a star I would! Went there for lunch today! I should have known better when I saw an empty parking lot! Ordered a Ruby Relaxer. It’s supposed to have rum, peach schnapps, and vodka in it. Needless to say it tasted like watered down juice. For my entrée I ordered a bacon cheese pretzel burger cooked well and I «upgraded» to a prime piece of meat. If that was prime, I couldn’t tell! The bun was burned, the burger was cooked medium and was so greasy until I could barely eat it! The presentation was AWFUL! It looked like something that was just thrown together. The lettuce was wilted, the bacon was chewy, I was very dissatisfied! I paid for my meal and asked for a manager just to make them aware of the experience I had. The manager’s name was Tish! She was rude and obnoxious! She pretty much told me that there was nothing that they could do about the greasiness of the burger and her attitude exuded«I could care less»! Since I love burgers, I’ve had burgers from here to Amsterdam and have never had a burger as bad as the one I had today! Very disappointed!

Do not go here if you have a coupon and have another couple that also has a coupon. They will not honor it. I contacted their corporate and they could care less. Will never eat there again. They lost a customer for life and I will do my best to tell others. Stay far away.

Going downhill fast… arrived at 7pm and left around 8:30 and they were not busy at all on a Sunday. No one in line but had to wait around 10 minutes for the table to be cleaned. While walking to the table most empty tables and booths were not bussed. Server was ok. Out of baked potatoes. Food took 45 minutes to arrive. The place was maybe 25% full. Complementary biscuits arrived during our meal… should have arrived while food was being prepared. Complained to shift manager about the long wait and she said they were just busy in the kitchen. The correct answer may have been they were understaffed. With all the good restaurants in this area I see this one closing soon without some big changes.

Although the hostesses and waitress provided superior service, the rest of our experience was terrible! The booth had a broken part in the seat which sunk in when I sat down. The bathroom floor was actually sticky! I ordered a vegetable trio that was horrible. The spaghetti squash had a huge amount of garlic dumped in the middle. The onion rings were under cooked. They didn’t gave the baked potato I ordered, so I ended up with mashed! My husband’s chicken and pasta was almost inedible. Save yourself a night of indigestion!

Terrible… just stay away. So many things. Stated from the moment we walked in. Almost left, wish we did. Lets see… wew were asked at the door how many, menus were picked up and we followed them to… someone else table… when we asked, were told not you yet. After waited, even though there were very few in restaurant, seated. the salad bar was a mess, hardly had anything on it, many things empty, all messy and dirty. They were out of fried shrimp, out of French fries !!!, portions were very small, appetizer was a big ripoff, etc, etc. Took forever… food for the most part was actually ok and the waitress tried hard and seemed embarrassed by it all. Too bad managed so poorly. Then they wouldn’t take two coupons between all the people at it table… That’s enough… Just go at your own risk…

My husband and I went and had the garlic biscuits for an appetizer, they were hard, tiny and overcooked. So the bottom half of this tiny biscuit was inedible. And for two people they only give you three, which is just a pet peeve of mine. Anyway we ordered the pretzel burgers, the buns were awesome. That was it though, you can tell the patties were frozen, and mine was burnt on both sides. My husband upgraded his patty to Angus or prime rib? I forget, but it was literally the same as mine, tasted no different. Also, the manager on duty came over and asked how everything was, then proceeded to vent to us about corporate and workplace drama… very weird. Won’t be going back.

Utter waste of $ 56 plus tip. Waited an hour for buffalo chicken minis, a pretzel burger and a cold chicken salad. Only the pretzel burger was worth eating. My wife’s salad, which seemed pre-assembled except for the dressing that they took off the salad bar, came out so late I was eating the last bite of my meal as the server set it on the table. Even asking whether there was a problem in the kitchen and being told the manager even noticed how slow things were we were not visited and no reductions appeared on our check. Truly pathetic experience which is a shame because it seemed like it was on the upswing.

Ruby’s has a better menu now, and we had a great meal tonight. We had wonderful service with our order timely and delicious! I think everyone should give this restaurant another try. We are definitely adding it back in our routine. We liked very much

I honestly had a great experience there. I see restaurants like this. You make it what it is. So if you go in a restaurant w/a bad attitude then your service will probably seem pretty crapy to you. Anyways. My fiancé & I came in about an hour & a half before closing. Got a booth but traded it for a bar seat. The bartender was absolutely amazing! She was kind, & warm hearted. She knew the menu & could describe how everything tasted. She kept us entertained & actually wasn’t mad that we stayed until close. She treated us like regulars. We were visiting so sad to say I may never see her again but if I stayed in Newnan I would come back & see her again.

Stay Away! This was a bad experience from start to finish. The restaurant was almost empty but I had to wait forever to see a server. Actually, the hostess finally took my drink order. My waitress finally came over, I placed my order for a petite sirloin –cooked medium, a baked potato and the salad bar. My steak was waaaay overcooked, the potato was hard, it was freezing in the restaurant and the rock music was way too loud. I did enjoy my salad from the salad bar because I fixed it myself. I overheard another patron complaining to the same waitress that he had to wait and that his food was not good. Truly a disaster.

Dissapointing and underwhelming. We were just looking for suburban chain Americana food a la applebees or TGI Fridays. When I walked in and saw the décor was 80s motel lobby instead of kitschy nostalgic paraphanalia, I knew I had made a mistake. As for the service it was very amateur as we needed to ask for silverware after our food arrived and we never got any biscuits other than two, arriving with the introduction…” these are the last two”. Way to make my mouth water. And he only had one other table too. But i guess thats what you get in extreme exurbia. As for the menu. Boring plain unimaginative. Think cafeteria food. Think something like«fish over rice with Asian glaze and steamed vegetable medley». Whoah! Slow down emeril! my tastebuds are going to explode! I went with the shrimp carbonara. Guess what… The sauce was velveeta-based. It congealed is it got cold. Disgusting.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant on Christmas day. We were seated at a booth in the bar area, and waited 10 minutes before being greeted by our server who also was the bartender. We ordered our drinks, appetizer and meal at once. We managed to make our own salads, finish them, and start our appetizer before our drinks arrived. The drinks only arrived after I walked up to the bar to check on them. We had a clear view of the bartender the entire time and it appeared that she had not been trained, as she wandered around aimlessly, and then took out the manual to determine how to make my bloody mary. Although the manager passed us several times and we clearly looked discontent, he did not stop to ask how he could help. We will not visit this location again.
