Peachtree City, GA
Visited yesterday for Tender Tuesday. You get 3 tenders (fried or grilled), a side, and a drink for $ 5.87 includes tax. The staff was fast and friendly. I placed my order to go and it only took a few minutes to get. It was definitely a good value for the money. Will visit again for sure. The tenders were cooked well and crispy not dry.

I just had dinner — a bit early — at Shane’s in Newnan and it was very good! I read the previous posts and cannot disagree more with those who have negative comments! Because I wanted to try a bit of everything, I had the Sampler Platter and I probably will not need to eat until late tomorrow. The meats were cooked well, had good flavor and while the barbeque sauce was not thick, it was tasty. Because it was my first visit there, I got a free peach cobbler and it was yummy. Perhaps Shane’s is not exactly like your old favorite barbeque place but it still is good with friendly service in a well maintained setting providing all the drinks, utensils, etc. that you need. I saw quite a few people enjoying themselves, too, just as I was. Don’t pass them up!

Outstanding food!
A little on the pricey side, but worth it
Different varieties of their homemade BBQ to try.
Ribs & chicken fall off the bone, very tender.
Homemade coleslaw & potato salad is delicious, you can tell this establishment takes pride in making it.
Can we get one of these up north?

We got our order to go, to take back to the office for lunch. Service was great, fast and friendly. I ordered the grilled chicken tenders and fries, which were great! There were so many tenders, I had leftovers for supper!

10÷27÷15 — Two Year Update —
I still come in most Tuesdays. The price has risen to $ 5.50, and they give you a hair less French Fries than before. Still more than enough to dip in the wing sauce, and drop the calories a bit.
Best of all, they still have a proper, well mixing drink machine (not Freestyle) with PibbXtra.

My favorite place to grab bbq when south of the airport. Nothing compare’s to Fat Matt’s BBQ on Cheshire Bridge, but this is definitely second place. Brisket and ribs are very good. I try to catch a special when they have them. I wish the sides were bigger. Definitely on the skimpy side. Not cheap. My only other complaint is the desserts are disappointing. Peach cobbler needs some more crust and bigger portions.

Not the best bbq place in the world but the best in Newnan. It’s a fast food place but we love the mustard sauce. The price can add up. Also wish they had some healthier sides to go with the meals.

Fast food BBQ. That about sums it up. I got the ½ rack of Baby back ribs and I have to say they were some of the toughest, least flavorful ribs I’ve ever had. They weren’t cheap either… there are countless BBQ places in the vicinity that have comparable prices and far, far better food. The piece of corn that came with my meal was SO overcooked it could have been eaten by someone with no teeth… just mush on the cob. One positive note, the spicy BBQ sauce was pretty good… I just wish I would have had some real ribs to put it on.
