Star Salon

I met Doug and Tinisha walking around Newnan with my husband during Fall Art Walk. Tinisha was giving free haircuts during the event. We struck up some great conversation since she is from NYC and I’m from the Northeast. I had a wedding to attend the next day, so I though «why not». Using a new stylist is always a little nerve racking, but Tinisha did a great job with the color and a great job with the cut. I wanted to keep the length, and she took off just enough and then gave me a some curl for the wedding :) Enjoy the very chill environment and great work when in Newnan.

I met Doug, the owner, years ago when he was just starting out. He was an apprentice under a fabulous stylist /​colorist. Years later my colorist moved out of town. I was happy to find out Doug took everything he learned and opened his own salon in Newnan GA.
I make the drive over an hour to see Doug and will keep on driving to see him. He’s a Buckhead /​mid-​town stylist with south of Atlanta pricing. Well worth the drive and I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on my hair since Doug has been handling my locks.
