Food was tasty and hot. Restaurant appeared clean and orderly. Service was abrupt and unorganized; person taking order acted like get your and get the h… Out. Not the same as in days past.

Went in for lunch at Zaxby’s on Hwy. 154, just north of Bullsboro, Thomas Crossroads area. Even though about 12:45, there was no wait to order, I got a grilled chicken sandwich meal, comes with fries and a drink. Splurged 30 cents more for a large drink, so $ 5.79 without tax. Amazingly, the food order was ready by the time I dispensed my iced tea. That’s incredibly fast service. Although about ½ the tables and booths were full, there were only 2 dirty tables. The fries were good and fairly hot, and chicken sandwich was warm and juicy, with a good taste. Five stars on the service and 4 on the food makes for a great lunch, but still going with 4 stars. They said they had free Wi-Fi, but there’s not a single receptacle in the dining area, so I couldn’t check the Wi-Fi out.
