This review is from an employment perspective. Lack of direction from senior management, unprofessional, ill equipped to adequately handle the unexpected, pretentious and over-​promising of services rendered to clients (in order to gain higher sales and satisfaction ratings from insurance providers and private clients). I was not making a difference in the lives of people, I was helping to pay for expensive décor and bloated salaries.
