Aline Studios

I was looking for a yoga/​Pilates studio while in town visiting family and came across Aline Studios. After talking with Tracy for only a few minutes on the phone, I knew I’d found my home away from home. My first session with her was really a departure from everything I’ve known in a GOOD way. She’s super knowledgable about proper body use and alignment and spent a lot of one on one time with me making sure I was comfortable with each exercise. She also helped me with a rare genetic condition that has made exercise both a necessity and a risk — I generally have major musculoskeletal issues after trying a new exercise but Tracy was on it and made on the fly modifications to help me successfully finish the workout. I was sure with my past experience that I’d be sore the next day but I wasn’t! I came away feeling stronger and more informed. Can’t wait for my second session — only wish I lived closer so I could come regularly.
And all the other reviews about Tracy’s personality are dead on — she’s a perfect balance of coach, cheerleader, and friend. The atmosphere in her studio was super welcoming and encouraging — all her other clients were working hard and loving it. So glad I found Aline!

Tracy is an amazing instructor! I have an old low back injury, Spondylolisthesis of L5, and with all the work I’ve done with Tracy, it keeps me moving. I’m not sure what I would do without my core strength.
I moved to LA for a few years and I missed training with Tracy. I’m back in the OC and I’m loving the workouts!

Tracy is not only the most knowledgeable instructor in OC with more than 25 years experience but incredibly compassionate! I alway end up hurt starting new exercise programs because of Degenerative Disc Disease and Fibromyalgia. Tracy has the expertise to help me advance and get stronger without injury setbacks!
