She is one of the most uncaring, insufficient Doctor I have ever met. I was assigned to her by hospital and unfortunately I never really checked with my Doctors.
First of all I was rolled into Hoag Hospital with the possibility of losing my foot. I went to her office after leaving and I was put on an antibiotic that went through my pic two x a day. Dr. Vora said in order to close the wound the blood results of one of the proteins must be between 1−3(blood was tested once a week and the order was sent by surgeon not her). She only saw me in 3 week increments. My labs went from 6 – 8, 8 – 6 just know stability. After 3 weeks we went in with concerns of numbers and she literally said «I don’t really believe blood results. «She did not change antibiotics. So 3 weeks later a bone scan was ordered and delayed because she did not call insurance and explain why scan not MRI. It took myself and my advocate a week to get her to call. Long story short the infection had increased in the bone. She never called my Doctors in 6 weeks to explain her plan. Great communicator right.
Anyway I change wound specialist immediately and he said we needed to start at zero. I saw Dr. Yesterday, had my Doctor on the phone during appointment set up a plan and here we go. I am now on a drip for 6 weeks.
I don’t wish anyone the careless experience I had with Dr. Vora and her rude manager who had no compassion.
I wish I had read the reviews prior to going to her appointment.

Dr. Vora is amazing! She is nice, caring and very understanding best doctor ever!!! Her front office is also very nice! She always goes above and beyond for me! You can tell she cares for all her patients. She welcomes Hmo, PPO, Medicare, and has reasonable scheduling. Call now and make an appointment!!!

She seemed to be a careless doctor (she even forgot to mention the lab order details so I ended up waiting at the lab calling her office for two hours and no use). Also when I got my results, she made sort of a guessing diagnosis and passed me on to another doctor who was sure her diagnosis was wrong. she never bothered for the case trying to figure out what was going on. To her it was a ball game, put it on someone else’s field and you are done! also she told me to call her office if I had questions but when I called her secretary told me to call my primary care doctor and that it was not related to dr. Vora. terrible experience, waste of time and nerves.
