We are in escrow for our first home. It is a 1950 home and we are petrified of asbestos contamination. Thomas has been our angel. He has been efficient in returning phone calls and emails. Our inspector has high ratings but we were unclear if they are licensed to take asbestos sampling. We wanted peace of mind in knowing that the samples were taken by an expert in asbestos sampling. As Thomas stated anyone can take a sample but it is illegal to charge it they are not licensed to do so(DOSH or CAC licensure). We wanted to be properly informed if we were at risk for asbestos contamination so we choose not to have our inspector provide that service. Thomas has spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. He has expanded our awareness and eased our mind by arming us with valuable information. Should we need asbestos abatement services, Thomas would be our first choice. He is an expert in his field as well as being a caring, courteous person.

We are in process of purchasing a home in Fullerton, CA and upon inspection of the crawl space by our home inspector, it was discovered that there was asbestos. There are also insulation tiles up on the ceiling that are questionable for asbestos so our inspector suggested we contact an asbestos professional to check things out. Not sure how my girlfriend found Thomas, but I’m sure glad she did. Thomas met us at the house the very next morning and was a pleasure to work with. He informed us that the asbestos up in the crawl space was not an issue as long as we weren’t messing with it. He also took two separate samples from the tiling on the ceiling and sent it in to get tested. We received the results the very next day and luckily the tiles did not test positive for asbestos. All in all it was a great experience working with Thomas as he is very thorough with his inspection and very knowledgeable about whole the process.

We recently purchased a home in Costa Mesa CA. Upon inspection of attic by our home inspector was advised to contact an asbestos professional to vermin risk. After a few phone calls and we came across Asbestos Removal and Transport. Thomas came right out, inspected the insulation and ducting in the attic, we had him take samples and upon further lab review the samples turned out to be 5% asbestos. The ducts had break in them and one was slightly crushed. Thomas explained the threat completely and with detail. We were able to have the seller help us in the cost and we decided to use eWaste Disposal to remove the hazardous material. We made the correct choice of contractor and I wholeheartedly recommend Thomas to anyone concerned about unknown chemicals of hazardous waste in their home.
