When I moved into my new home, we were pleasantly surprised to find the previous tenants left is their washer and dryer. Although, I own my ow, I was half I didn’t have to move them from storage. This washer/dryer set was admittedly a bit older than mines, but who cares. The set also came with Avalon Appliance Repair business sticker attached to them. When my dryer stopped working, I figured I call the previous repair man vs some Groupon creep(I’ve had bad Groupon experiences). I digress. It was after hours so I assumed I’d be sent to a voicemail or after hours receptionist, nope, Tony promptly answered and set my appointment. Tony, who not only is priced very fairly and competitively, arrived prompt to his appointment time, immediately went to work, diagnosed and fix the problem in a matter of 20 minutes. He is prompt, reliable, professional, efficient, with fair prices. I’d recommend him to anyone who’d listen. If there was a 6th star, I’d give him that one too.

My eight year old Subzero refrigerator stopped cooling, so I called Subzero, and they were only available 2 weeks later. I decided to call a local Subzero repairman. I called at 9:00 am and Tony answered the phone immediately. We set an appointment for later on the same day, and he showed up promptly. He was very professional, clean, and knowledgable. I cannot believe I didn t know about him. And the best part: he fixed my Subzero on the same day, and I am very grateful to have done business with Tony.
