Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta

The brow bar was horrible!!! I don’t know if it was just my girl, but she was so rude the minute I asked to get my brows done. It was my first time waxing and I was kind of nervous. Every time I would ask a question she would either reply uh huh or no, sometimes she wouldn’t even reply! Then she got mad at me and kept huffing and puffing about how it was taking so long to tweeze my bottom brow, and she was already mad because my eyebrow was too dry underneath to use wax. Of course she couldn’t make small talk with me but it was okay for her to talk on and on about how many years she had been an esthetician. Then when she was done she layered concealer over my brows because they were red, which she kept saying over and over. Of course they are red! I just got them waxed! To top it off she did a horrible job filling in my brows afterward. And as if it couldn’t get worse I have tons of ingrown hairs underneath my eyebrows from her not taking the hair and the root of the hair out. They hurt so bad and make me look unsightly. I have graduation in a week and if they aren’t gone I will be so upset. If you want a good wax go to European wax center, I’ve never gotten a wax there but I have some off their products and everyone I have talked to love it there. Now I’m stuck with painful ingrown hairs and a bad first time wax experience!
