My friends and I got to Fashion Island super late. We were hungry and everything was closed. We were lucky enough to come about this place and Mike the manager was awesome enough to serve us. He was seriously the nicest fast food manager I’ve ever seen. The food was good but the service and attention Mike and his crew provided was even better!

Outstanding customer service. I have never seen such dedication and care for going up to each customer after their purchase and following up on their meal/meal needs. This Chick-Fil-A deserves all the credit and acknowledgements.

So my first few experiences weren’t so good, but my recent visit was much better. I got the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was great as always. The seasoning was good and the chicken was cooked to near perfection. No rawness at all and their Chick-Fil-A sauce is bomb. Service is great and very fast. Much faster than other fast food restaurants. Now the problem I had the past visits was regarding the waffle fries. I think I recall saying they tasted like microwaved frozen fries. This time I requested the fries to be cooked well-done. I didn’t know you could request that until a friend told me. The fries were cooked extra crispy and I was able to enjoy the fries.

My friend received a coupon for a free kids meal and from the tree lighting ceremony and the girl at the counter refused to give it to her!!! It expires 11⁄24. Today is 11⁄21. The employee fought with her said that here was a typo on the expiration dates that it was only valid for the weekend, ummm so it’s only valid for Saturday? Since they’re closed on Sunday… and either way, that’s not our fault. The girl then wouldn’t give the coupon back and told my friend to leave! Without food!!! You just lost two customers chick fil’a and I will tell everyone to go somewhere else for their fast food. Seriously the service here is terrible and I’ve never seen such a rude«shift manager» she shouldn’t manage ANYTHING!

Okay, super not cool. Just wanted to give a heads up that my child got a fingernail clipping in her lemonaid. At first I thought well maybe it got shaved off while someone was sqeezing lemons but then I looked closer and noticed it was definately clipped. So, warning! There maybe someone who does gross stuff to the food at this location. Beware:{{{{{{{{

My experiences here have always been fantastic. This is my second 5-star Chik Fil A review. These places are so great. The food is fantastic and you have to try it for yourself. The people that work here are outstanding(as they usually are at most locations). I used to work at Fashion Island and I’d always eat here and the girls who worked there were also so polite and kind. More recently, I stopped in for lunch and the girl at the register, Julie, was an absolute sweetheart and was extremely accommodating with my order as well as my friend’s. Fantastic service, fantastic people, and fantastic food.

I was able to try their new grilled chicken sandwich! Yummy! Now I don’t have to feel bloated or as guilty when I eat their fried chicken sandwich! Their fries are kind of soggy, so it could use a bit more crisp. From their many sauces to choose from, I’m still a fan of the old-fashioned ketchup. It is a rush at lunch and one time they forgot about my oreo milkshake and I was on lunch break… but the manager offered me a free chicken sandwich for next time. Thank you for making up for it!

This one’s located in the Atrium part of the shopping center; not all connected, and not all of the stores have mall access, either BTW. I checked out the menu beforehand, and then Mercedes from the Mix 94.1FM’s «Mark & Mercedes Show» was talking about it as our holiday was nearing, and there isn’t one back home in Las Vegas. Anticipating… surprise, the item(the wrap) I was planning on getting, wasn’t available(maybe a free-standing one, not a mall location, anyway), so I got a grilled chicken sandwich, yeah, boring right? Well, I’m watching my sodium intake(the salad was’t so bad, that was without the dressing, and dressings usually have lots of sodium!). I should’ve brought some hot sauce in a little sauce container, to give it some oomph. Hubby took a bite and was like, «It’s just a sandwich, nothing special.» So, hubby got the regular chicken sandwich(bun, fried chicken patty, and pickles) and loved it!!! He was surprised how simple it was(got suggestions from other people who’ve tasted food at this popular food chain restaurant), but commented on how delicious it was, because he’s not really a fan of pickles on a sandwich. So, I asked him if we go back to California, if we’d go back, and he said«Why not? Not back home, so might as well.» Service is quick; got our food fast. Free refills on fountain drinks. And we mentioned that we were first-timers and the nice lady there gave us a free vanilla cone. Sweet. Lots of seating in the middle of the foodcourt(and same goes for trash cans). Elevator and bathrooms are also located nearby, once you see the shoe shine booth, it’s not far away.

I love Chik-Fil-A. I don’t have more dedication to many other chains. Their cookies and cream shakes are the best I’ve ever had. This Chik-Fil-A was a bit of a struggler. Our order was small and simple and it took 15 minutes to fill it(which is far longer than the norm). The behind-the-counter folks were not very attentive. It may have just been our luck that day, so it’s, of course, still worth a shot.

The Spicy Chicken Burger was pretty awesome. The chicken was moist, you can see the texture of real chicken meat. The seasoning qas pretty on point. It’s not too salty and it was spicy and hot enough that makes you crave a bit of water but not too hot that overwhelms the meat. The bun was not too bready and it’s soft and yum. Service was fast and sufficient. They have a nice array of sauces as well. It’s kinda fun to see the cow comes out to attract customers. Feels kinda bad for the person in the hot suit.

Chik-Fil-A is amazing! I had never been. I had the deluxe chicken sandwich with chik-Fil-A topping and it was amazing. The chicken was perfect. Tender and not over cooked, but just the perfect texture. The service was very fast, which is great, and the customer service was nice.

I’ve never experienced such a quick turnover rate. I ordered, she handed me my cup of iced tea, I unwrapped a straw, went to throw out my trash, and my sandwich was ready. Talk about Fast Food.

After moving to SoCal, I saw a lot more of these Chick-Fil-A chains. This was my second time trying it out. My first visit, I had the Chicken Sandwich & it was just okay. This time around, I decided to try the Chicken Strips and French Fries. They weren’t amazing either. I was expecting a little more especially from all the great reviews. The chicken strips were soft and the breading wasn’t crunchy. The french fries were soggy also. So much for crisp cut fries. The staff was pleasant, though. Greeted me right away and brought my order out super fast. Not sure if I’ll be going back for a while, but I definitely wanted to see what it was all about.

Alright so I wanted to go to Whole Foods for their Guacamole Dip since Metta said it was the best and I saw the Chick-Fil-A sign for the food court and decided to try it. The food court was like entering a different planet, really nice everything just like the rest of Newport. The one thing was that it was really empty at all the other food spots,(Taco Bell, Japanese, Panda Express, Subway, and a few other mall staples) there were a few people at Five Guys but when we saw Chick-Fil-A the line was probably 15 people deep. So it must be good right? Right. The spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal was around $ 7.50 and came with an amazing lemonade that I had to get refilled, but luckily it was free, I highly recommend it on a hot day. The chicken was juicy and crunchy all around and had a nice kick to it as well as a nice crunch from the lettuce and about 3 nice slices of tomatoes which were very good quality. I had some of the Chick fil A sauce with it which tasted like honey mustard but with some twist to it that I couldn’t put my tongue on, but very very good nonetheless. Very much recommend coming here if you’re at fashion island and not trying to eat at one of the more expensive areas. Of course if you’re not from around here, there’s much better places to go than here. Roy’s is whats up.

Yeah Chick-fil-A does a chicken good! I have to admit I very rarely order chicken sandwiches as they are made with chicken breast and tend to be dry. I prefer dark meat and I’m more of a burger person. So after months of seeing the commerical hearing about how good their sammies were I finally tried it over a year ago. I was surprised at how tasty they were and have enjoyed them ever since. This one is located in the Atrium food court of Fashion Island. They compete with 5 other resto’s but they get a steady stream of customers. Spicy Chicken is the word ya heard! This has become my fave to order. I enjoy the kick of spice and they give you a nice size piece of chicken. Waffle fries ~ Always fried up to goodness but never seasoned so you better be sure to get some ketchup or dipping sauce. Eyes ~ Now thats a good looking sammie! Nose ~ Smelling all kinds of stuff in the food court. Ear ~ Happy diners everywhere! Mouth ~ Tasty tasty! Tummy ~ Satisfied.

Chick-fil-A’s hand breaded breast meat is cooked in 100% refined peanut oil, which contains no trans fat. It’s printed on the side of the boxes. I’m a fan of Chick fil A, and I support the Closed on Sundays theme. It serves wholesome chicken. It’s fast and the service is always professional grade. I stopped here on a Tuesday morning, a little before 11. 8 pieces of chicken nuggets for $ 3.99. Nicole was my cashier. She personally brought it out to me. The food is consistently good at chick-fil-A. I give this 5 stars for service, quality, taste and price point.

First time having Chick-Fil-A! Located inside Fashion Island’s food court! Fast food + seating next to the fountain = awesome. Deluxe chicken sandwich — chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, pickles & pepperjack cheese. Mm, the chicken breast was nice & juicy. Deluxe spicy chicken sandwich — same as above, but just spicy? Both combos were around $ 7 – 8. Kind of expensive for fast food. The waffle potato fries were decent. The ketchup packaging is adorable. Tried all the sauces this branch offers: polynesian, buttermilk ranch, honey mustard, buffalo, barbecque & the house sauce. Is it weird I don’t really like their house sauce, but instead I like the polynesian sauce? O. o I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat @ Chick-Fil-A but it was still yummy.

I work at the mall, and most of the time I’m too lazy to pack a lunch, so I head over to the Atrium food court. Many years ago, I had Chick-fil-A for the first time and didn’t like it because their chicken sandwiches come plain with a couple slices of pickles(and I used to hate pickles). However, since my coworkers always rave about it and one of them practically eats there every day, I was curious and decided to give the restaurant another shot. I ordered the chicken strips kids meal which came with two chicken strips, a small order of waffles fries, a small drink, and toy(which I threw away). The food was delicious! The chicken was crispy(but not overly battered), hot, tender, and juicy! Their waffle fries are also perfectly crispy, but soft inside. They have a variety of sauces, and this time I got buttermilk ranch, which was good. They also have those cool ketchup packets that can be opened for dipping, or squeezed out of the top. Since then, I have been back about three times and tried other things from their varied menu. The chicken nuggets are just as good as the strips, and I definitely recommend you get the Chick-fil-A dipping sauce! It’s the perfect sweet blend of barbecue and mustard. Their soft serve cones are also great and the perfect consistency(creamy, and not too icy). Their side salads are also pretty fancy for a fast food chain. It’s just the right sized bowl, and comes with fresh, green romaine(not brown or orange like at other places), cheese, purple cabbage, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and a packet of croutons and sunflower seeds! All of that for under $ 3! I chose the ranch to go with it, and it was the perfect lunch for when I’m not in the mood for something as heavy as the chicken. Overall, this is a great place as the food always lives up to my expectations, the service is fast and friendly, and the location is convenient. The manager is also really friendly, and always has a smile on his face as he works along side the other workers. When I ordered my ice cream cone, there were two people in line before me, and he apologized for the wait and gave me the ice cream for free! I will definitely be back!
