I’m not sure what has happened in the past but I ate here today and it was great. The portions were very consistent with all of the Chipotles and the staff was friendly and efficient. I think they’re really doing a nice job here.

This Chipotle is really awesome. With its prime location in the Bluffs, it has really great views and is super clean. It’s a lot neater and the employees are more organized than any of the other locations I’ve been to. The ingredients also taste very fresh and the employees always have a generous hand when doling out ingredients for your burritos and bowls. Their meats and even their sofritas are well-made and I fortunately haven’t experienced any meat«byproducts» when eating here. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside as well as an ample amount of parking. The restroom facilities are also extremely clean! All in all, you can tell that the employees here really care about presenting their store with an image of clean and(relatively) healthy food and exemplary service. This store should really be a model for all Chipotles!

Burrito maybe not so much. today I decided to have Chipotle for lunch and wasn’t sure if I’d do the burrito route or not. So to make it easy on my decision and my diet i went the bowl with the tortilla on the side. A deconstructing of a burrito for sure. Not bad for taste and the service is pretty fast. I ordered a steak bowl with pretty much everything.. So much for the diet. Ingredients are fresh and the prices are reasonable.

This place is the closest one to my internship, and after craving it for over a month, my friends and I decided to bite the bullet and come here. We figure that the best time to eat at a place would be after an outbreak, since they would have extra precautions, right? I always get the same thing every time I go to chipotle, and they did not disappoint portions-wise. My bowl was filled to the brim, and I am always a happier customer because of it. My friend loves the carnitas, so she was super happy to find that this location carried it(apparently other locations never brought it back after the change in supplier). I had been having stomach pains the day before and couldn’t really eat much yesterday as a result(even eating a banana made me feel nauseated), but I was pretty hungry by the time we got there. Ironic that we go to chipotle when I’m having stomach issues, but hey, I figured it couldn’t get worse. I ate about 1⁄3 of my bowl, and it was the first thing I was able to eat without feeling sick. Woo hoo! They lose a star because I didn’t get much cheese when I asked for extra(they did a great job on the portions for everything else though), and the rice seemed a little bland.

Hi guys. I had painful diarreaha in the evening after eating here around 1PM on Jan. 15, 2016. While I cannot know if the burrito caused my GI incident, I thought you would like to know. I usually do not have diarreaha.

Free E coli, no thanks, I did not see it on the menu, but I have to say I was fortunate enough NOT to fall ill from the food. Bland food, I really don’t understand the hype about this place.

As far as chipotle’s go this is a good one! Rice isn’t under or overdone. Chicken was seasoned nicely. Next to a coffee bean too!

I got food poisoning from this location last night. I didnt know about the E coli out break and needed something to eat and I got sick within an 1hr of eating the barbacoa burrito. I dont post negative but this needs to be a told and a big concern for all eaters.

I used to work nearby and I only had a half an hour for my lunch break. I was always impressed with how fast the employees were at this location in making customer’s orders and sending them on their way! Even if the line was backed up to the door, it would take no longer than 5 – 7 minutes to get my order. I’ve never had an issue with the portions they’ve given me at this location either. There were definitely other Chipotle locations that were cheap af and I never returned! A few months ago, I learned that I could actually place my order online while at the office, and then go to the front of the line when I picked it up which made it even faster! Unfortunately, parking can be difficult to find in this plaza during lunch time on weekdays.

Lot of bad reviews for this location so I thought I’d help balance it out. I was actually hesitant to come here due to all the negative reviews but ended up going because it was closer. I’ve been here a total of three times now. each time my food was as ordered, came with plenty large portions(no skimping of the meat on my bowls like some people have complained about) and the staff has been pleasant and friendly. Not sure if the service was bad before or if people are just picky, but I can say I have no problem with this location over any other. I get what I want with polite service and I’m good to go.

I enjoy the food. It’s a bit pricey, but the food is made with fresh ingredients and relatively healthy. I usually either get a chicken plate or a burrito. the food leaves me full for the rest of the day so i can work.

Sorry Chipotle this isn’t authentic Mexican food by all means take away the words Mexican Grill. Very sloppy way of making burritos the chips seem old not crispy nor crunchy would not go back to Chipotle any time soon. Like I said take away the words Mexican Grill

Please smile. Please. And please stop shifting my salad to the left assuming all I want is lettuce. I AM paying $ 7.25 for it, so please give me the common courtesy of a hello, a smile, a decent pace of dressing my salad, and more than a thimble full of meat. And please don’t give me a scowl face when I ask politely to put rice and beans on my salad. Again, I am paying $ 7.25, and would like more than a handful of lettuce and a thimble full of chicken before you slide my plate straight to the cash register. More food, less ‘tude. That sums it up.

Yummm. My barbacoa bowl tasted extra good tonight. Musta been the guac and I also asked for the grilled veggies. Good portion sizes at this location. Quick service. Lots of seating both indoor and outdoor. Great thing about Chipotle is skip the flour tortilla and it gluten free! Skip the cheese and sour cream and its dairy free. Also non GMO delicious and filling, pretty good for a $ 7 – 8 meal.

The worst Chipotle ever. Sooooooooooo loud with thumping club music at 1pm… what the hell is that about?. Also, the staff was more in a hurry to get me through the line that they got stuff wrong and no customer service. I was very disappointed especially since this is my staple quick meal option multiple days per week. Will not return to this location.

The worst Chipotle location I have been. It’s so loud inside that you can’t hear what the employees are asking you. I know they have to move fast, but that does not mean be rude to your customers; specially if they can’t hear you. The service was worst than the noises in the place. The food was ok, nothing compare to the other chipotle locations that I have been. The management can definitely do a better job at training their employees on being nicer to the customers. Also, the portions are something that they definitely should work on. Their portions are much less than other locations. Unfortunately!

Worst chipotle location ever, I order a bowl and a burrito. I ask for double the portion of rice for the bowl. It came out to the regular serving at every other chipotle I’ve ever been to… My «Regular» portion of rice on the burrito seemed to be a tablespoon of rice… They will completely RIPYOUOFFSERVINGSWISE! It taste like good olé chipotle, except its made to feed toddlers, not like the normal post-gym meal. Also, the tortillas were so hard i think its either not cooked expired… all you do is put it on the the pan and wait, how could you possibly suck at this job. They suck. I don’t know what else to say… just don’t go here. Unless you’re not very hungry, and you chew really well, then by all means… P. s. they suck. P. s.s. written by an adult, if not the review would be great(POV toddlers)

They will always short you on meet if you don’t look them at the hands They will charge you for beef bowl even if you order half half with chicken they just love that $ 1 more times 500 servings a day :) Been there about 50 times about 80% of the time I see same process Can’t complain on food just sometimes it seems like they sell rice for $ 8

I had the displeasure of ordering at this Chipotle’s today. I was buying two steak tacos for someone else and I asked for them to add onions. The employee said they had no onions… really??! What kind of Mexican/taco restaurant doesn’t have onions?! So, I said OK, and I was about to leave without any onions when I saw that they had a container of green peppers mixed with onions. I asked the employee if I could just have the onions only, without the green peppers. She said No! Seriously?! I talked to the manager and she said they couldn’t give me the onions without the green peppers too. After getting visibly upset in front of a full line of people, she finally decided to give me the onions. Unbelievable!
