We used Ryan for two separate home inspections.
The first one was our dream home and we were in love with it.
Ryan was meticulous and inspected every inch. His report was detailed and the entire time he worked, he allowed my husband and I to follow and ask questions.

He puts in the time, in the attic, under the house if he has to, inspecting and checking out all the appliances, fixtures, HVAC unit, you name it. He can even inspect your roof without having to climb up there and risk damaging it. I’ve had inspectors before rush through a property in under 60 minutes but Ryan takes his time and does a great job. My home was inspected by Coastline Home Service.
The inspector, Ryan Howell did a very comprehensive evaluation of the following
1. Electrical wiring integrity and GFI requirements
2. Plumbing condition and operation
3. Home insulation from vermin and rain damage
4. Roof integrity and compliance
5. Heating and air conditioning
6. General wall and grounds condition
One interesting method used was a drone for the roof inspection. This avoids the possibilty of damage or accident on a roof.
After the inspection he pointed out areas of concern. He was very informative of the issues and made recommendations on how best to repair or replace.
This was followed up by a detailed 27 page PDF report and recommendations.
