Dr. Nili is only interest in taking your money. She would recommend you to have this and that done to your teeth when it’s unnecessary. Her pricing is also much higher compared in the industry.

BAIT AND SWITCH! What a scam! I purchased a groupon for a teeth whitening for both my husband and I and called to make an appointment. Was informed that I needed a consultation first and then I could make an appointment for the whitening later. Um, why can’t the consultation be done right beforehand? ‘Because the doctor doesn’t like to double-​book appointments.’ I don’t consider that double-​booking for one, but more importantly, apparently the doctor does like to waste your time! It’s hard enough to find the time to come in to one appointment, but to make another pointlessly?
So then in my effort to problem solve this, I ask ‘what is done in the consultation?’ She replied that the dentist does x-​rays and an oral examination. I tell her that I have recent x-​rays and have had a recent exam, could I have my dentist send those records to her so the ‘consultation’ could be simply added to be the beginning of my appointment?
No, no it could not, because the doctor doesn’t like ‘double-​booking appointments.’ Well, I guess I don’t like wasting my time. Lots of dentists out there to choose from; wouldn’t recommend this one!

She is an excellent dentist. I hate the dentist. I have since I was a little girl. I have been hopping from dentist to dentist for years because after each visit, I became fearful of the last one. I have not had a single cavity in over 10 years… and i still don’t like dentists.
The office was great. They asked me how I felt about the dentists, before I had a chance to tell them, I was not comfortable at all. They took the time to ask what really «scares» me about it all. I didn’t think they’d do that. It’s a dental office… they only take care of teeth, right?
Well, I told them! I haven’t had cavities in years, but I’ve had a few of them when I was a kid, and I hated it. The drilling sound scares a little girl, and it’s irrational, but it sticks with you forever. AND it’s the smell of latex gloves that takes me back and puts my brain back into kid-​mode.
So… she washed her gloves for me! It sounds weird, or maybe even unimportant, but she ran her gloves underwater and washed them with soap so I wouldn’t smell the latex as she was working on my teeth. Smells do trigger memory, and I would rather not have remembered dental check ups like they were when I was a kid.
