I came to precise care because i have tried many different treatments for my plantar fascitis and heard about their stem cell injections. I am a medical professional and have done alot of research on many different ways to help my feet. When i went in for my treatment i was nicely greeted by Dr. Goswami and his staff. They were very professional and informative on explaining everything to me from start to finish. The injection is not much different from steriods but the results are no comparison. I had my injections to both of my feet over a month ago and as of today i am PAIN FREE. My recovery was minimal and within a few days i felt my feet back to normal. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who suffers from what i did? Dont waste your time and money on other useless treatments that will only mask your problem. The stem cell injections are the real deal and trust me it has changed my life. I am a very active person with work on my feet all day and sports i needed this done in a bad way. Again if you want results that work do this procedure and you will agree. Thank you to Dr. Goswami and all your staff for doing a great job and getting my feet back to normal again.

Dr. Goswami is professional, informative and the absolute best at what he does. He came highly recommended to me, and I now can see why. I’ve gotten amazing results with the sclerotherapy done by Dr. Goswami. I highly recommend and will continue to use him for any future needs i may have.

Another update, folks. Been a little over 2 weeks now and the compression stockings have finally come off. I had about 10 – 12 spots treated. I couldn’t tell you where they were save 2 of them that seem to be fading fast (they no longer stick out or bulge in, just a discoloration). I cannot even begin to express how impressed I am with the results. I was told not to expect anything for 6 – 8 weeks… This is unreal! Extremely minimal bruising (I think the two that are there that are the size of a fingernail aren’t even where I was treated but due to my own clumsiness!) as well!
