This is my first year using Jacqueline. I am typically anxious around tax time so I got my appointment early. Jacqueline is so easy to understand and has a professional demeanor that made me feel confident in her abilities. She handled my business and personal taxes and answered all of my questions with ease.

I found Jacqueline thru Unilocal.I sent her an email via her website and I had a prompt response. I told her I needed some back taxes and my S-​Corp organized. She was great at getting a meeting within a few weeks. After meeting her at her office for our free consultation, I am thrilled to take the next steps with having her do my personal and corp taxes going forward. Jackie will be a reliable, responsible account and business guide. I’ll update as things go! All is great so far!

This was my second year using Jacqueline and I was as happy this year as last year. She is great to work with, helpful navigating through having a rental house in a different state, a side business and my regular job. She also does a great job of making sure all things are taken into consideration and I’ve been very happy with the results (return). Having found her last year on Unilocal,it’s always tough to know if going to someone new for taxes is going to work out, but this was a great find.

Before I met Jacqueline, I was going to my cousin, who was the only CPA I trusted for many, many years, until he unexpectedly passed away a few years ago. I was not able to find a new CPA who would be as personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and efficient until I found Jackie. As a small business owner, it is especially important that I have someone who knows the best way to handle my accounting and do the taxes. Personally, she has also helped me with some financial planning and gave me some wonderful advice, and set me up so maybe I won’t have to work right up until the day I die! I have also referred others to Jackie because I am so impressed with her knowledge, efficiency, PATIENCE, and that she looks at the big picture, not just my taxes! They are equally as happy with her services!

I had used Jackie after being a client of her dad’s for several years. I felt like I was in decent hands and trusted my taxes were being handled not only in accordance to IRS standards, but I believed Jackie and her team were also following their own standards to ensure their client’s tax obligations were being handled properly.
At the advice of Jackie, I filed for an S Corp 2 years ago. She assured me that she would guide me thru procedures and how to handle expenses, taxes, etc. for my small business… she assured me they would even handle payroll for me. THIS WASN’T THE CASE! Not only was her team unresponsive when I began receiving notices in the mail from the IRS and EDD, but for months I had to follow up on the monthly payroll that wasn’t properly setup. At the end of the day, I found a new CPA who has spent hours upon hours unwinding the mess that was created because this firm did NOT follow thru with what they agreed to perform with regard to handling my taxes. Additionally, after my new CPA began cleaning up the mess, we discovered that the payroll taxes they said they had set up to pay (thru my account) had in fact never been paid. An entire year worth of payroll taxes were never paid and are now delinquent and my w2s were never filed like they said they were.

I was in a pretty bad situation since my mom told me I was doing my taxes this year for the first time with only a couple weeks till the deadline. I reached out to many CPAs because I have a portfolio and therefore my taxes are a little more difficult to complete. Jacqueline was the only one who got back to me. She helped me file an extension and then helped me get my taxes done a week after the deadline passed. She answered all of my questions and broke down my refund in very simple terms. I’d definitely recommend Jacqueline to anyone who needs a CPA for help with their taxes!

Ya know what happens when you put «THE» in front of the word IRS? It spells THEIRS. I had a bizarre tax situation crop up in my business, and, honestly, the thought of messing up my taxes so badly I go to IRS Jail just freaks me out. I had a massive anxiety attack, then called Jacqueline and set up a consultation. Best check I’ve ever written, hands down! I walked out feeling calm, organized, with a plan of action. I knew exactly what to do to keep safe, and was able to sleep way better at night. I recommend her highly – she’s smart, funny, knowledgeable. I like that she’s young, because it means she’s up to date with trends and current case law. She’s also always learning something – still hungry to prove herself after a DECADE plus in the industry. Quite sharp. I also recommend you value the opinion of a current client of Jacqueline’s as opposed to the opinion of a disgruntled ex — employee (kind of like taking someone’s ex — spouse’s opinion of them… might be a bit biased, no?) Some people, sheesh. You get what you ask for – I personally like and want a CPA for my business who can tell me both the letter of the law AND the «thinking outside the box» option. It gives me the ability to choose to be conservative… or not…

Great CPA! My husband and I got married a year and a half ago, and right after our wedding, I started a new job and my husband opened his first business. Jacqueline does both our personal and business taxes, as well as book-​keeping for the business, and we have been very pleased with her services. She is always friendly and professional, and she has provided us with a lot of helpful advice as we adjusted to becoming business owners. Taxes are never fun, but she makes the process easy, and is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns!
