We have known Joanna since January 2012 when she assisted us in relocating from
Arizona. Her knowledge of the real estate market, neighborhoods, shopping, doctors, restaurants and social activities was invaluable. Joanna is an active member of the community and volunteers through organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Philharmonic Society and Newport Beach Literacy Program. She taught us the history of the area and made us feel welcome as residents, not visitors. Joanna really listened to what our needs were, which is critical in real estate. My family and I moved here from TN, not really knowing the area or where we wanted to live. Joanna was so sweet and patient and really made our search so easy. I came out myself first and was working, so could not meet Joanna until after work at 6 and 6:30 on different evenings. She was so nice and waited for me to finish work, and then took me around and was able to give great descriptions of all the areas we went. She helped me with my paperwork and coordinating everything with my husband who was still in TN at the time. I’m still in contact with her, and will definitely get her help when we decide to look for a home. I highly recommend letting Joanna help you find your next place to live. She really knows the area, and is such a fun gal!
