Stay as far away as you can The worst customer service I have ever experienced I arrived at 8:40 for a 9:00am appointment There was only 1 person in the office for both administration and drawing blood There were 5 people in the office when I arrived at 9:00 there will still 4 people ahead of me so I asked when I would be seen at 9:25 there were still 3 people ahead of me I left after 45 minutes not having my blood drawn The employee there said there were 2 other offices close by neither answered their phone number I was given the customer service phone number and waited on hold for 10 minutes and after talking to the customer service representative was assured I would be contacted I am still waiting for call back Apparently waiting to be taken care of is a company wide phenomenon wake up labcor

I made an appointment for 8:45 am. I finally got my blood drawn at 9:50 am. Q: How can you open at 8 am and be more than an hour behind by 8:45 am? A: Have only one person working and let her take walk-ins before the appointments. One fellow had a 9:00 appointment and just walked out at 9:15. He and I were the only ones with appointments. The other dozen people on the list were walk-ins. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s still first come, first served? It wasn’t the technician’s fault. She was checking people in, entering their data in the computer, taking credit cards, calling insurance companies, calling doctors, and dealing with customer complaints in addition to doing all the medical testing. There should have been two people running the place.
