One year ago today Dr. Lance Betson gave me my life back. He was patient with me and never stopped trying to fix my issues. I will never be able to repay him and will be forever grateful. When I lost hope, he didn’t. If you are considering Dr. Betson for your treatment, pick up the phone NOW and make an appointment. You will be so glad you did. There are not enough words or Unilocal stars to describe my sincere appreciation for this fine Doctor/​Surgeon.

100 stars wouldn’t be enough to rate Dr. Betson. My wife and I saw Dr. Betson for three years. He performed my wife’s bladder surgery and has been there for the both of us, any time, day or night for anything we need. He is the kindest person and it is so clear how much he cares for his patients. Unfortunately, my wife and I have moved out of state and Dr. Betson is who and what we miss most about California! He has continued to be available for us until we can find another doctor in our new area. It is saddening to know we will never find another doctor like him. Rosemary, who works in the office is also one of a kind. She is always so willing to help and make our lives easier. We are forever grateful to Dr. Betson and Rosemary and cannot recommend them enough. You will not find a doctor like Dr. Betson anywhere else!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Betson is. I have gone to this office since 2000. I adored Dr. John Betson and when his son Dr. Lance Betson became my doctor it was easy to see the apple hadn’t fallen too far from the tree.
Dr. Betson is amazing. The time he takes for his patients and his bedside manor makes you feel at ease.
Dr. Betson always takes the time to explain what it is he is going to do and why. Recently I had a hysterectomy, suspension and repair surgery. My recovery was quick and I was out of the hospital the following day. About three years ago Dr. Betson also performed my bladder sling surgery and I am a happier person for it.
I’ve been so pleased with my experience with this office that I’ve had my daughter and Aunt become patients as well.

I had to have surgery to repair a prolapsed bladder. The first surgeon I spoke to was nice enough but was very rough during exam and said I would have to have 2 different surgeries, hysterectomy then bladder repair using the mesh procedure.
I then went to see Dr. Betson. DAY AND NIGHT difference. Super gentle during exam and very informative. He gave very detailed information regarding my options. None of which required 2 surgeries or the mesh procedure. Surgery is done and I’m on the road to recovery. If anyone needs a urologist or gynecologist, you owe it to yourself to see Dr Betson. I drove over an hour to see him and it was worth it. Thank you Doctor Betson you are the BEST!!!

By far the absolute best doctor I’ve ever been to. He makes you feel sooooo comfortable and can keep you laughing. His staff was amazing took such good care of me and got me in right away. Definitely recommend I will never go anywhere else!

Dr Lance Betson has an amazing bedside manner. Takes his time with all patients to truly understand their situation and medical conditions. I highly recommend Dr Betson to all women in the OC area. I believe you will truly be please with his work ethic and care for patients.

My daughters and I have been going to Dr. Betson for several years now. During those annual exams that every woman looks so forward to (ha ha) he is is always considerate to the patient — giving us the time to actually talk to him about any questions, concerns, but he is also empathetic to us and is gentle in his exam which is much appreciated! He’s performed surgery on me a couple of times and has a great, compassionate bedside manner. On a personal level, Dr. Betson is great — very personable and easy to talk to. It’s evident that he cares about each of his patients.
