Jayson & staff at Mini U 1177 Camelback are awesome! This is my 2nd positive review for this location. Jayson, Rudy, Sandy & all other employees here are consistently professional & go the extra mile to help me. I have had 2 storage units here for 3+ years. If I forget to pay my bill, one of the staff will call to remind me. They all continue to have a passion for their career & are kind & exude a positive attitude.

Just called this location for information about truck rental. Was first put on hold. Then when I eventually spoke to someone was told that she had a customer there for storage and that that takes priority over Truck rentals and I should call Penske directly. I was actually calling for info about their location and regular repeat business (2×26ft trucks for 6 –8 dates per year). Sorry I was not important enough for you and I had to take my business elsewhere.
