I won’t go anywhere else! I researched getting eyelash extensions for a few months before meeting with Shana. She is a doll! She is meticulous, patient, and my lashes look perfect. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of her salon. It is decorated beautifully with refreshments that are offered complimentary with services. Again, my lashes are perfect, Shana is funny as hell and won’t bullshit you with what looks best on you. I will be her forever client. Thank you Shana!!!

Shana sugared my girly area and it was the best job hands-​down I have ever had. She did not miss not one single hair and it was virtually painless. Her facility was clean and so was I!

Been coming to Shana for any of the above but mostly for lashes. I wouldn’t be brave enough to go anywhere else since she does such an amazing job with it. Quick tan on some of my pit stop is also nice. Schedule early with her since she books up fast!

TV, Complimentary coffee, tea, water, candy, chocolate… waiting has never been so wonderful. The waiting room also has items, which they sale, and make the room smell really good. I had a sugering with Shana, my first time, I cannot believe how much better this is compared to waxing. Waxing is torture compare to sugaring. The brazilian took about 30 min which felt like 15! Shana was super nice, great at comforting my nerves, I was traumatized from waxing. After the first pulls, it didn’t hurt at ALL! Groupon deal was definitely worth it. It is definitely something I want to keep up and recommend to EVERYONE! =)

I cannot speak highly enough about Pretty!
As a person who gets many services done (waxing, tanning, facials, you name it), I have never experienced such care and attention to detail. The waiting room is chic and inviting and the service room is clean and comfortable. Shana always takes amazing care of me.
I got lashes for the first time here and they look amazing! You can tell the attention Shana puts in them because they are full yet you can see each individual lash. I keep going back because of the compliments I receive from my boyfriend and people when I’m out.
I also received a custom spray tan here. A person spraying you compared to a stand up machine makes a world of a difference. Again, special attention was paid here to emphasize muscle definition and highlight body parts.
I must say last time I went I tried sugaring for the first time. I have waxed (strips and hard wax) the nether regions since I was 16 and was skeptical about sugaring. After this experience, I will never go back to wax. Sugaring doesn’t rip at the skin the way strips and hard wax do, which plays a major factor in pain level. Sugaring attaches only to the hair and extracts it. Such a difference!!! Shana is super professional and thorough. She also is super knowledgeable about the lines she carries and made a great production recommendation for those pesky ingrowns. I love the product and use it now daily.
I feel totally bad about ditching my regular girls that I have gone to for years and years to now get my services done at Pretty, but Shana is so worth the breakup. Her pricing is beyond fair and her attention to detail is impeccable!!!
