Kim Sumpter is a coward who hangs up on you. She things she’s above the law. This company is a joke at best. I would recommend to boycott them. She will try remove you from your property illegally. Cowards like her need to be shown that you will not be successful when manipulating the laws and harassing people.

Schroeder Management Company is the worst Management Company, Only unprofessional people work for this company, if you’re going to rent a place that is manage by this company go else where. When you move out they will take all your Security Deposit even if you clean the apartment so the best thing to do is leave the apartment dirty. I’ve send them letters, wrote them emails and not one employee has gotten back to me. When I call they keep me on hold for ever, because nobody knows how to answer my questions. When I was moving out the manager from the place I lived invaded my privacy I call Schroeder to complain and no answer. Worst Management Company — Unilocal should really have an option to give 0 stars.

I can’t stand Schroeder management! I lived in Whittier on 8407 Hydro Dr. I gave then my 30 day notice & moved out literally 3 days later! I just recently got papers that I was supposed to attend court, for which reasons, I don’t know why! I made sure the apartment was spotless besides my daughters closets door! Now they are garnishing my checks $ 125 a week until the $ 2,000.18 is paid back! For what?! What do u need that for!!? They kept my $ 900 deposit!!! So that should cover everythin! Isnt that what deposits are for??? So, I wish the worst for them!!! You’re gunna get what u gave me … You all are very unprofessional!!! Hope u feel better that u made a single mother of 3 almost go homeless, now that hurts … Shame on you!!! & u don’t deserve that one star!!! I wish their were –
