Last Friday I phoned Dr. Sharma’s office promptly at 9am and asked for an appointment. I was told nothing was available until June — a month away. (I have been a patient since 1997.) I then requested a prescription for an asthma breathalyzer since I was having a problem breathing. Several hours later I phoned the office again as the pharmacy had not received the Rx. I was told the prescription would be called into the pharmacy by 5PM and it was on the doctor’s desk. The office closed for the weekend and I wound up going to urgent care for a breathing treatment. Extremely uncaring. Maybe the office staff needs some training or the doctor just doesn’t honor his Hippocratic oath. Need to find a new physician immediately.
