Skin Cancer And Reconstructive Surgery Center

I had surgery here with Dr. Madorsky on Friday and a debridement on Tuesday and everyone here was great! The anesthesiologists, nurses and all the staff were very friendly and great at calming a nervous patient! I had Kim as my nurse for both procedures and I can’t say enough good things about her! She was always smiling and so helpful with anything I and my friend needed and she really took the time to make me feel better about what was happening! Thank you so much for all you guys do!!! TERRIBLE experience here. Dr daine and dr Feinberg both pleasant, however, the results were absolutely terrible. I had from what I was told a pretty bad deviated septum and for yrs had trouble breathing through my nose– along with a visibly crooked nose. The consultations were great, and they explained they were going to go in and fixed everything and put some stints in to widen the nostrils and then also straighten the nose. The good parts, I can breathe probably 50% better through my nose– but still not great. But the bad wayyyy out weighs the good, the «stints» the put in– on the left side of my nose it now looks like a large bump/​ball protruding through the outside of my nostril. After 2 visits as follow up the said it should go away and if not, they’d fix it. Well, it’s a yr later. About 4 mos ago I called to say I needed them to fix it at which point they told me I’d have to pay full price as they can’t guarantee any of their surgeries go according to plan. I have insurance to cover it and only asked them to cover my deductible ($ 500) yet they still insisted on me paying my out of pocket expenses. Also, the nose is still visibly crooked. Even worse than this, when I went in originally, we went over costs and they told me after looking at my insurance that $ 500 was my share only. After the surgery I got a two bills of over $ 100– and that was for what my insurance wouldn’t cover. So, basically they didn’t give me the info up front. Now, because I told them I was unhappy and needed them to fix what they screwed up (I.e the cartilage ball protruding from my left nostril that wasn’t there before surgery) and I refused to pay them the two after-​bills until they did, they have now sent those bills to collections. So, I will now have to get a lawyer to figure this mess out. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My experience with Dr. Madorsky can only be summed up in two words — life changing. To say that I am pleased with the results of my procedures is an understatement.
