This spa doesn’t exist. Bought voucher recently and spa hasn’t been part of hyatt regency in over 10 years. Unilocal is refunding me, so I’m not upset anymore.

So I can’t review for other services but Michelle gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. She was running late and told me she was going to throw in a peel to help with my breaking out. Once the service started I was completely relaxed and she talked to me about the products and what she was doing. The massage was wonderful and I learned about Hydropeptide products which don’t test on animals. Unfortunately they are double the price of AVEDA and I will have to wait on them.
My skin was literally glowing after the facial. She used all the right products and cares about her craft.
It is true if you’re looking for a Burke Williams type situation this is not it. It isn’t an extended SPA but nice if you want something before you get on the plane or are squeezing something in while your partner is sleeping. It was a great way to start my day.
The hotel itself on the other hand I don’t recommend if you don’t have kids.

to call this place a spa is a stretch. facilities are bare minimum. a bathroom & a few treatment rooms which feel like converted bathrooms gives the place an overall not so soothing vibe. they lack the small touches to make the facilities spa like. the massage itself was decent but def not great. it was weird how the masseur started with cold, dry hands. after a few mins she used oil but it took
a while for her hands to warm up :(& i din’t know if its just me but i don’t esp like having someone’s hang nail scraping me while i’m trying to get a massage. hmmm… will not be back
