Sterling Window Cleaners

Had our 2240 sq foot home windows cleaned last week. As a repeat customer I did not feel I had to micro manage. After 1 hour, one gentle mans they are done. Really? He was nice enough to go back and do things that were missed. Next day… we notice none of the screens were WASHED, one was ripped. Sent an email but no response. Disappointing! Will have to find someone new.

They do a great job! They’re on time and very efficient in finishing quickly. Nothing gets broken and the windows end up sparkling clean, all for a reasonable price!

These guys are great. Everyone in my family have been using them for a few years now. Always on time and respectful with our homes.

Great job. They came when promised, worked efficiently and the windows look great. They even mentioned that we need some of our screens repaired which they will be able to do. We definitely recommend!!!

We have used this company for about 4 – 5 years. The owner Ryan is a very nice man. They do quick work and they do a great job cleaning our windows.
However, over the most recent three times they have been here their work has been sloppily. They leave black drippings from cleaning the windows on our walls. I have mentioned it to Ryan the last few times he was here, but still the problem continued.
This last time and it was the LAST TIME they came we had just had all of the walls in our home painted. Once again they left scuff marks on the walls. Unfortunately this time the marks are to high for us to reach without a ladder. I called and left a message requesting they come out and clean the walls. No reply. I called again the next day and Ryan the owner said he meant to call back, but was checking out when he would be in our area again. It has been 2 ½ weeks now since I requested they clean up, to no resolution or even phone call. I would not recommend this merchant. Unless of course you like clean windows and dirty walls!

Awesome customer service, these guys picked up the phone at 7:30 pm on a week night! We needed windows cleaned for a party in three days and they executed on time and at a very good price. Ryan and his team were great; the quality of work was also impressive, windows and screens looked amaizng and there no mess left behind.
We can see the sunset again.
