Super Optical

I patronized this store for first time after years of using Aspen Optical as I thought Super would be cheaper. It is not. My glasses were to be done in one week. It is now two weeks and the shop does not have my glasses even though the lab has completed its work. I know this because I was in the shop two days ago when the lab was called and shop was told this. The shop then told me I could pick up the glasses the next day. It turns out that shop staff needs to pick glasses up from lab which has not been done. There is no telling how long glasses have been done by the lab but not picked up. I will have made at least three trips to pickup glasses. This is made worse by the fact that parking is very difficult as the store is located in a very much used medical building complex. Staff is pushy and unprofessional. Back to Aspen next time.
