William did a fantastic job of quickly getting the computer connected to the Internet, getting the viruses cleaned up and fixing the scanner and fax! All within an hour!

William, owner of TechWiz LLC, is extraordinary. I am the office manager for American Junkie, Newport Beach, and our office computer unfortunately crashed last Thursday. I called him and he was on his way and that evening and he figured out what happened right away. The next afternoon, he was able to get another computer up and running. He also installed all the applications we preferred to have and set up hardware such as a backup drive and our office printer. TechWiz is amazing. The fact that we also got urgent help on an emergency situation, it was the best technical support we have had. Highly recommend!

I have an old school (2008) Mac desktop that had finally bit the dust, or so I thought! I was wrong. Will replaced the old drive with a 1000gb drive then reformatted with Yosemite OS X. He also restored my files manually since the time machine backup was old. Not an easy task. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Turnaround was quick and the price was very fair.

Great communication, gave great advice and solved all issues. I dropped my laptop and for the price it would be for me to fix it, he ordered me a new one instead. Super quick turn around time. Got a great deal. When there wasn’t a CD/​DVD drive, he easily swapped it out for an even better laptop with no extra cost. I’ll definitely be using him for all future computer mishaps.
