Everyone here knows what they are doing. They are polite, fast, and sharp. I’ve been using them long distance for a couple of years and couldn’t be happier. Even if I’m a couple months late on paying for my box, they will still accept mail until I pay it.

Fast and easy, one stop drop. I had many returns and was able to drop both prepaid USPS and UPS items. They didn’t charge me to tape up my boxes like at my previous local UPS store in Santa Monica.

I had a PO Box at this UPS Store. Sean, Kevin and all the Associates that worked at this store were AMAZING! I had shipments delivered… with a LOT of boxes which took up space, and they always greeted me with a friendly smile and called me by name. They are very courteous and were always looking for «how they could help me» instead of being uninterested like so many businesses today. It was a true pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them to anyone who loves great customer service!

I use this location all the time. Everyone that works there is amazingly nice and helpful! The manager helped me last time and even cut down my box to save me money because the box size was causing a huge raise in the pricing. I cannot remember the last time I experienced customer service this great!
