Avoid this company at all cost. Owner took deposit for a chimney repair and he NEVER showed up again. Has not returned any calls. Company is complete fraud. They have NO license or insurance. Buyer beware they are a fraud.

My chimney cap has been installed. Unilocal will only let me update my review and therefore I am updating my previous experience.
As of February 1, 2015 my chimney (partial rebuild) is complete. Bill completed the job as promised and I was not charged anything additional for the completion. The company seems like a good enough company since he did eventually follow through on what was promised. Perhaps the company just had some difficult times around the time of my service.

Terrible company. I’m also surprised that they remain in business. I had an appointment with them at 2:00 on Thursday in which i had to take off from work. They called at 3:00 and stated that they pride themselves on arriving on time but got caught up at a location pending a permit review that took longer than they anticipated. They suggested rescheduling for 2:00 on Saturday which was better for them. We agreed and again I had to make arrangements to be home. They didn’t show up or call this time. On Monday at 2:00 they called me and I reminded them of their past failed obligation. He blew me off and stated we are number 1 in our reviews and never had any problems. He also stated that, «your wife told us to call you if we were in the neighborhood.» No we are going with another company as all of you who read this should too.
