The owner Linda, is an awesome person who knows how to resolve ailments with her wide array of techniques. I have a very active lifestyle that includes CrossFit, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and obstacle running competitions. My body is subjected to a lot of stress as well as having a desk job that takes a toll on my hip mobility. Linda is easily able to identify my problem areas and treat them accordingly. With her help, I am about to perform harder and more effectively in any of the physical activities I subject myself to.

This is an amazing place for a massage. I was in an accident several years ago and have needed massages frequently so I have had several massages over the past few years and I have gone virtually everywhere! This is the best place by far. Linda is is more than just a massage therapist… she is able to find any area that is troubling you without you having to even mention that area and will find other areas you did not know about until she starts to work on it. With Linda every massage you get is based on what you need… Opposed to the basic routine of a normal therapist. I never write these however, I felt that a review like this would have been helpful for me. Linda is spectacular and I highly recommend her for anytime of massage especially if you have pain or our injured!

Came here with my girlfriend and walked away very happy people. Very relaxing and would recommend to everyone. Massage relaxed all the muscles and got the knots out and the GF left a very happy camper.

Great massage at a good price. Very professional and clean. Quite and calm atmosphere. I’ll be giving gift certificates to friends this holiday from this place. Schedule and appointment ahead of time. They happened to get me in 15 minutes after I called. But they can sometimes be really busy.

I recently received a facial from Myra. This is a brand new service being offered at Ammalinda and I must say it was divine. They are premiering a new skin care line that feels just fabulous, is all natural, and gluten free.
I had the Caviar mask and the Vitamin C peel and my sun damaged dry skin looked radiant afterwards. Myra is also a very talented masseuse and gave me an awesome neck, shoulder, and foot massage during our session. I highly recommend trying this new service and sampling this new skin care line.

I have had massages in some of the most beautiful resorts in the world. They pale in comparison to the amazing massage I just had from Mayra. I’m on a work trip and decided to treat myself to a massage since my shoulders are so tight there is pain radiating to my neck. Calling and setting up the appointment was very simple and the atmosphere is relaxing as soon as you walk in the door. I originally asked for a Swedish, but Mayra was quickly able to decipher where I needed some additional help. She has an amazing technique and I hope to be in town again soon just to stop by and make an appointment for a longer massage!!!

Linda gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! She is on the pricier side but it’s well worth the extra few bucks. Usually after a massage I feel sore for several days. I think this was the first time I’ve felt great after a massage and not sore. I will definitely make another appointment with Linda.

AMAZING!!! In Newport with family for a wedding my husband, daughter and I were looking for somewhere to get a massage. Always hesitant to end up with a bad massage experience I relied on Unilocal reviews this time. My husband was the Lucky one this time. Linda was his masseuse. When he staggered out if the room 90 minutes later he mumbled ‘THAT WAS THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD’. That’s saying a lot cause we have had Plenty over the years and throughout the world. It got even better with customer service when Linda offered to drive to our hotel (which she did) to deliver my daughters scarf she had left behind. If you are lucky enough to live nearby, Linda’s Your go-​to for The Best massage. If you are visiting the area, it is Definitely a must.

I tried calling her and she was very snotty and unprofessional, which made me never want to use her services. When someone is calling you to book an appointment, you need to be pleasant on the phone.

Best massage I have ever had and worth every penny. I have had massages in Thailand, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Europe, Africa, and Mexico and I must truly say that Ammalinda in Orange County CA takes the cake. I highly recommend anyone who is serious about finding value for there money to there. Linda really took the time to listen to me, which is usually THE most frustrating component in finding a GREAT masseuse. Believe it or not, I actually signed up for my Unilocal account just so I could give some one 5 stars who honestly deserves it.

Amazing massage my husband and I had. We get a lot of massages however Linda and the other lady (sorry I forgot your name) were both very sweet, caring, and gave amazing service and massage. A subpar massage by a talkative Massuese.

So I recently started getting massages because I just recently noticed how tense my back and neck have been for what seems like, in hindsight, years now. My back and neck are so tense that unless someone does everything correctly, it can even hurt to the touch. So naturally, I had to go with someone already having amazing reviews; I’m just here to add another five stars.
Not only is the location convenient, but the atmosphere is calming and relaxing. While atmosphere definitely plays a huge part in the massage experience, having an intuitive and nurturing masseuse is far more important.
Linda is obviously a caretaker by nature. I’ve had two half hour appointments thus far and never leave without scheduling my next visit. I recently had a third appointment scheduled but let her know if there was any way to reschedule, I would appreciate it. Because of her through-​the-​roof reviews, I’m sure, she’s generally booked solid. Linda pulled some strings, day of, and squeezed me into somewhere that worked much better for me! Definitely a woman that goes beyond what’s expected. Even after my first appointment, while I was waiting for a friend to finish their session, she set me up in another room to lay down and relax with some cold packs she’d suggested I use.
Great hospitality, and inexpensive for the degree of excellence this therapist exudes.

Best massage ever. Oh and it looks like the location in Google Maps has been updated to reflect the correct location on Birch now.
I came here after an extremely sore upper back /​neck injury made it impossible to move my neck. Linda does the great job and after two visits I’m already feeling a lot better. The studio is very clean and professional and she has been very accommodating towards finding time on the schedule that fits.

I just wanted to say thank you Linda for saving me the $ 85 I would have spent on your service that never happened. Telling me to call you at a certain time and then saying you’ll give a call back in two minutes but waiting till the next day was real professional… people don’t waste your time or money!

First, note that the location on the Unilocal map is wrong. Her studio is across from the Benihana on Birch St, not on Jamboree.
Linda is awesome. You can tell immediately that she knows exactly what she is doing, which was not the case when I’ve tried Burke Williams in the past, which can be very hit or miss.

I have gone to Linda for a full body deep tissue massage over 3 times now and she only gets better each time. I go into her beautiful office so tense and unable to breath. By the time my massage is over, she has me feeling at ease, able to breath again and my body isn’t in pain anymore.
I highly recommend Linda for a deep tissue massage. She has strong, powerful hands and such great energy. She doesn’t talk much unless you ask her questions and she is very healing.
Oh and her room smells amazing!

My first and definitely not my last massage with Linda. Fantastically perfect tension and I felt completely energized afterwards. I have an injury, tight hamstrings and Plantar Fasciitis! I’m feeling much better.

My first appointment yesterday with Linda for a deep tissue massage would be best described as 60 minutes of pure, unadulterated intensity. Training for six marathons throughout the year contributed to wicked tightness in my shoulders, back, hips and calves. Recent stress from my new job amplified the chronic muscle tension I had been experiencing all along. After Linda worked her magic I left her office feeling stronger, renewed and restored.
Linda is professional, methodical and no-​nonsense. She wants you to tell her immediately if the level of pressure is painful, but otherwise that is the extent of conversation you will have with her (which suits me just fine). She used a range of stroking techniques to work out the kinks.

Linda placed zero pressure on me to schedule a follow-​up appointment with her. She did, however, recommend massage every two weeks. She mentioned I would notice a tremendous difference in my running once the tightness in my hips is alleviated.
I definitely recommend Linda to anyone recovering from injuries and/​or chronic pain associated with participating in sports or laborious tasks, and who may benefit from deep tissue massage therapy.
Tip: Do not rely on Google Maps to direct you to Linda’s office. Google Maps led me astray and I found myself at Barry’s Bootcamp in Irvine. Touch of Paradise is located across the street from Benihana and a block away from John Wayne International Airport.
