My friend got her phone fixed at this place and one of the guys that works there stole her phone number and started texting her being really creepy. He wouldn’t tell her who he was, insisted that she tell him weather she had a boyfriend or not. When she searched the number on Facebook the mans profile came up so we know it is him. Never go to this place. They do good work but its not worth risking your safety.

I used the store located at New Town in Williamsburg. Inside of one week my daughter managed to crack the screen on her iPhone 5c and her brother’s Galaxy S3! An expensive lesson for her. Abraham was the tech both times. He was courteous and patient while I waited on the repair. He was fast and did a high quality job. He even took time to answer my geeky questions. The price is very reasonable. I could do this myself but would only save $ 20. That’s not worth the aggravation or risk. Then there is their one year parts and labor warranty. That’s a no brainer. My daughter is now recommending this place to all her high school friends too.

I would rate 4 stars however there are a couple sticking points that warrant the dediction. I called before dropping my phone off to get the rate for cracked screen repair for my particular phone. I was quoted one price over the phone but the actual charge was slightly higher when I arrived to pick my phone up. If you quote a specific price over the phone you should honor it. I was asked to come back in an hour to pick up my phone. My phone wasn’t ready at the specified time and asked to come back in 15 minutes. I cam back in 20 and the phone still wasnt ready. I would have preferred them asking me to come back in a few hours as opposed to quoting an hour. The work is good, the new screen is operational so I would recommend.

I shattered the top half of my iPhone 5 about a week ago on vacation and stopped by around 430 pm and got a quote for time and cost. It was $ 73 and they also repaired my home button, which was loose and popping out a little bit. It was done in just a little over an hour, the screen now is perfectly clear and has normal sensitivity and a straight home button. Overall, very good work and they were extremely helpful and nice.

I have had iphone screens, home button, and iPad screens repaired here. Professional, quality service, on time and guarenteed. They also are low priced. Highly recommended. Customer service is excellent too.

I have had to have several different types of screens replaced or repaired. They have always been polite, and professional. Will had to take over 2 of my replacements and was very helpful and kind. If anything ever did go wrong and I had to return another time, he always took care of me, took care in fees and made me feel welcome. Very uncommon for today’s businesses, so I highly recommend it here! Thank you!

Great service and very quick work. Replaced my wife’s Iphone screen in ten minutes while I watched them. Very cool that they do repairs right out in the open. Would recommend to anyone who is seeking a screen repair.

I hate it when I have to leave a negative post, but for this one I must, to give you all a proper heads-up. I recently cracked my cellphone screen and this kiosk at the mall came very highly recommended. I went in on Tuesday at 12pm and was told to return at 2, no 5. No problem, I did. The phone was still not ready… I sat there for a half hour, which made me late picking people up. They were very all apologetic and took $ 20 off… no big deal. However, that’s not why I’m writing this. So on my way home a few minutes later, I noticed that the touchscreen sensitivity had almost gone to nil. I brought it in today, when they opened at 10am and was told to return at 1pm. I did and was told that the reason was that they had not installed the new screen properly. So when I asked what percentage of discount they were prepared to give, since I did have to come back so they could fix their mistake and had my day severely limited, I was not prepared for what came next. A worker that I had not previously seen would not let me complete a sentence, gave me all kinds of excuses, and eventually blamed me. Wow. Seeing that this was going nowhere, I informed her that in today’s world, customers can notify each other of their experiences… like on Unilocal! When I mentioned that, she threatened to sue me. Good luck, lady. Folks, unless you want to roll the dice on a $ 125 transaction, I’d say avoid these people… and my Swype is still not right.
