The owner sent me a nasty message name calling l, telling me I an naïve, foolish, and unable to multi-task and implies I am stupid for believing the price given on the phone. I will say I had a bowling place lined up for two games for 15 people for $ 85 all together so no. I don’t think it is unreasonable for a party in that price range. And all other laser tag parties I had attended before had been in a private party– I’ve never heard of sharing a game with other customers. She then asks me to remove my review. Insulting a customer and telling them it’s entirely their own fault for the bad experience does not make me Want to remove my review but educate people about the nature of this poorly managed facility.

Great family fun! I wish we could use Groupons on Sunday,(my DH only day off) but it was great family fun. Games are 15 minutes and it goes by fast. My kids talked about it all the way home and we are planning another visit soon. Sundays provide a discount for families for 1 game. We will definitely be back. My DS is already planning to have his birthday party here. Place is clean, and staff is very friendly and informative. Thanks for such a great time. Wear comfortable shoes, definitely not a flip flop kinda place. :)

Clean fun place to have fun with the kids and they do birthday parties but it’s not cheap. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The funniest laser tag I’ve done so far at the BEST price. It was $ 12 for two people, 3 games each game was 10 minutes and to make it 100 times better there was people dressed up in customes and masks in the dark laser room scaring everyone. If it wasn’t over the bridge(I’m coming from norfolk) I would go to this place a little more often when there’s nothing else to do because it’s so cheap and you get a few games and the people that worked there were fun and niceeworkout

They are always having a groupon or living social special going on. The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and instructive. The games felt short, but it’s typical for a game to last just 15 minutes. So make sure to get there on time and book yourself for at least 2 games to get a feel for things. The course/layout was fun. Pros — conveniently location, reasonably priced, cleanliness Cons — short games!!! Hahahaha… They have some arcade games indoor that you can play while you wait and they do birthday parties as well. Great venue to check out.

Wow! I can’t say enough how great the facility is and how helpful the staff is! Came in waaaaaaaaayyyyy too early because of a miscommunication and they had no problem accommodating our needs. Thank you for a great laser tag experience and we will be back!

Went with my family this past weekend and had an absolute BLAST. The owner, Sandy, was extremely accommodating and was even able to convince my 63 year old father to play a game. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and easy to navigate. A great place for inexpensive group fun. We will definitely be back!

Last night was my first experience at Lazer Rush and it was so much fun. What a great way to spend a Friday night with some friends. The staff is very friendly, the venue isn’t huge but it is more than sufficient, and the arcade games add a little distraction while you catch your breath between games. Take a chance and do something out of the ordinary for a change. I’d like to note that I’m in my late twenties and had just as much fun as the teenagers.

Neighbors birthday party at the Hampton Iceplex was cancelled due to poor management. The goalie of a pick up game was affiliated with lazer rush. She made some calls and found a last minute spot for all the bummed out kids. When the party showed up the manager was super accommodating and made the party happen. Oh, bonus fun, Santa was there to play lazer rush with the kids. Everyone enjoyed it. The place is good to go.

Normally when I celebrate friend’s birthdays it’s the 3rd or 4th anniversary of their 21st birthday and we go HAM and dress up for whatever theme they want. This time around, a friend wanted to celebrate being a kid. We reverted back to 12 years old, bought a bunch of Groupon deals for this place and went to town. It’s a whole lot of fun. The laser guns actually made the«pew pew» sound and shot lasers. So much fun. I sweat like a pig when I’m under attack and barrel rolling. By the way, don’t barrel roll-totally against the rules. Or do it, you rebel.

Why was I here? I am asking myself the same question. Short answer: I needed to rack up some brownie points and my boyfriend used to play lazer tag competitively. Yes, you heard that correctly. I have boxes full of trophies sitting in my storage room from these competitions. I can hear you all yelling«nerd alert», and if you aren’t, I just lost a little respect. As for courses, strategy, or any real point of comparison, I have none. I haven’t played since middle school. I will admit to being owned by some kids(I think that’s better than being super good, right?) and trying to get the pack with the coolest animal names. Who’s up for some freeze tag?
