Paint Nite

I dont think ive painted since elementary school so i felt like a kid in art class again only this time with a bottle of Pinot Grigio by my side lol! and of course without all the rules.
The Paint Nite aka paint party was held at the Hilton Garden in town center va beach in a room large enough for a least 60. Quiana & Malaya were our Artists and they did an awesome job guiding us through each step of the painting making it seem so easy (and it was) the session lasted about 2 hrs. Food and drinks were served (additional costs) everyone seem quite pleased with their paintings and the experience. I would definitely do it again with a Groupon :-)

Initially when I was invited out to go to Paint Nite, I was quite sketpical because I had no prior experience with canvas painting (unless you count center time at preschool), so I really didn’t know if I had it in me to replicate a painting, let alone have it look good.
To my pleasant surprise, working with Destiny under #TeamRoss was an excellent experience. She was so funny and personable, and she assured all of us that Paint Nite was not an art class, so we should be proud of whatever we made, which put me under the correct mindset to try my best with my painting.
Snacks and adult beverages were plentlyful throughout the night. The music that was playing was also good. Destiny had all the 90s hits playing including Brittney, Christina, Backstreet Boys, and my personal faves Brandy & Monica. With the awesome atmosphere it was quite easy to get into the night’s theme of #DrinkCreatively. Some of the staff were joking that they were going to keep the bud lights coming when they discover I was a teacher … but maybe not joking because I had about 3 back to back as well as some wine while painting on my canvas. Haha
The end result of the night was a nice little masterpiece that I gave as a gift to my mom to hang up on the mantle and a story for my students to get out and try new things that may make them skeptical at first, because they never know what fun they’ll have. I definately can’t wait for my next Paint Nite.

#TeamRoss has been my best experience, but they’re all great because I really enjoy painting. This is right up my alley. However, even if you aren’t the «I like art» type girl, you will still have a blast. Men, too. It’s really just a big party. And it’s neat how everyone has their own interpretation of the painting.
The instructors are skilled but still manage to make it completely entertaining. Good music, light snacks and drinks. One of the three, all, or none, Paint Nite is something every one should try at least once. Any more than that, and you’ll want to quit your day job and go back to your childhood dreams of becoming an artist.

We went for my friends birthday. We had an absolute blast. The artist was so energetic and entertaining the entire time. We’re already planning our next «girls night out! «THANK YOU!

I was invited to Paint Nite by a friend and I’m glad she did. The night was filled with laughter, fun, art, creativity and music. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I used to AP art in high school and this is a good way to hang out with folks and still keep up with my art or lack of art skills. :) You can choose different nights and different artwork to create, there is no set date and time or painting! You are free to choose what works for you. Happy painting! They also usually host paint nite at a venue where you can eat and drink. I prefer to have a few drinks while painting!

I enjoy attending Paint Nite events. They are super fun, creative, artistic and entertaining. I enjoy seeing everyone’s painting at the end of the night. No two paintings are alike. Beautiful!
The venue choices to choose from are phenomenal. I love the idea of attending an event near/​close by to home. I like the fact that they come to you to a bar/​venue near you.
The staff are great and enthusiastic. The painting selections is varied and is appealing to different people. Great choices.
