We ordered pizza for the super bowl ahead of time. Pizzas have not been delivered and they are not picking up the phone! We are not ordering from them again!!!

I was told an estimate of 30 minutes… Then, sent an email of an estimate 4 hours. On a Sunday night. I called them to ask about the gap on estimation and 2 hours later was Informed my order hadn’t even been sent out yet but maybe 3 orders later it would go out the door.
OK pizza was just delivered 5 hours later. I’m sorry at this time some discount should be offered. 5 HOURS#???# let’s be fair and say I called them and asked wtf… the little girl acted like it’s no big deal it’ll probably get there in 4 hours. I said I don’t want ANYTHING FROM YOU that takes that long. And I was hung up on.

I just moved up here from further down south and I was shocked by how rude majority of the people are except this place! I have ordered delivery and carry out now and both times the customer service has been excellent and the pizza delicious! I will continue to order here for pizza!

My review of this pizza hut had gotten down to one star because of a consistent customer service issue. Tonight that situation was rectified. They make the best pizza hut pizza in the region and finally the customer service is getting back to standards that made me choose this location in the first case. I feel strongly that customer service is as important and in some cases more important than the product itself. I’m very thankful this locale is getting back in shape because it had become one of my top three joints to eat, now it’s nearing that spit again.

Im not a huge fan of pizza hut but I had to leave a message regarding this location.
Awesome delivery service from Mervin, very polite and delivered the pizza early.
When I received the pizza and breadsticks everything was hot, and omg amazing. I will order from you this location again.

Always get order correct as long as you get take out. It’s always done fast but delivery drivers (only gotten twice) are kind of not nice or they act like if orders wrong you ordered it wrong. I ordered an extra cheese stuffed crust & the delivery driver told me it wasn’t a type of pizza they have. Made me very irked that I had an online receipt & they still tried arguing with me. Manager Rachel is very nice at all times. I suggest ONLY going there in the morning when they aren’t busy.

My pizza was broken (squished on the side of the box), but they offered to send out a new one. I respect the customer service being provided, but it still took an hour to get my pizza. The new one also seemed to be under cooked. Very disappointing especially considering it was my last night of cleaning my apartment and had nothing in the house (alternative meal/​silverware) to make the experience any better. Next time, I think I’ll order from Domino’s.
