I’ve been DYING for 9 months with allergy issues. They had become debilitating. I was referred to Dr Queen last week, and was able to get an appointment right away, which is AWESOME!
I was asked to come in a half hour before my first appointment, to get all of the paperwork filled out. While my first appointment ran pretty long, it was worth a little waiting and the length. I finally see a light at the end of my allergy issue tunnel.
I’m so grateful to the staff, who have all been great. The front desk is always cheery and have great dispositions. Dr Queen was swift with his prescriptions and recommendations as to where to go from here. The allergy tech kept the conversation with me going while I waited for my allergy results to show, and they’re able to work around my hectic schedule.
I really don’t know where I’d be with Dr Queen and his staff. They’re amazing, and I recommend them any day of the week!

I have had treatment withheld due to lack of communication between offices and payment rendered. After $ 4,000 for hearing aids and years of treatment, you’d think I’d get better treatment.
