I hired them last year. I didn’t expect miracles. I just told them I expect my lawn to look better in a year. It actually looks worse. There are more weeds this year than last. There are large bare spots all over the place. The service manager who came out told me that its too late in the season to fix it, but in another year it should be better. When I asked him about what happened the previous year, he had no answer.

This company signed my mother up for service but she has had problems with the company with regard to billing and customer service. The phones continuously go to a recording with no live person. I have sent an online submission to cancel since they are unreachable otherwise. I would recommend against using this company.

They lived up to their name and kept my yard green but they weren’t able to kill my weeds, I had to get on my hands and knees and pull crabgrass myself and spray weed killer myself as well. I had the annual plan.
