I’ve been into this «Verizon Authorized Retailer» a handful of times now for little things with my phone. If you ever need anything with your phone fixed, or accessories for you phone I would just run over here. Everyone who works here is really cool and helpful. They never try to sell me crap I don’t need and every time I’m in here I’m in and out in ten minutes. There is never a line like every time you go to a normal Verizon retail store.
Two weeks ago I went in here to buy a really nice phone charger since mine died. I had the charger that I bought for two weeks, and then last night it started acting weird and wasn’t really charging my phone. I took it in today with the container it came in and they tested my charger, figured out it was a faulty cord, and just gave me a new chord and sent me on my way.
In and out. I was grateful for that since I was busy and running around. No B.S., I got what I needed and was on my way.
