I stopped in today because my husband’s iPhone had a SIM card issue —- and Sawyer saved the day! Not only did he get the phone up & running in no time, but he also reviewed my account and told me how I could save $$$ on my monthly bill! I had been thinking about leaving Verizon after many years because of my high monthly bill, but Sawyer convinced me to stay. He was extremely helpful and friendly.

Stopped in for a fix on an Iphone glitch after getting a new phone at the North Kingstown location. The store was very busy and Sawyer was nice enough to help us in between customers to get the phone up and running (even though we did not purchase anything from this location) Very appreciative of the help and will definitely bring our business to this store next time!

I went in the store today to get some information regarding their plans. Cara and Kymberlee were fantastic. Their excellent customer service and knowledge were amazing. I am currently with a different provider and they trouble shot my phone for me! I will definitely be switching to Verizon when my contract expires due to the fantastic experience I had at their store!!!

Love Ed and Michael from Middletown, I am such a tech yutz and they have been putting up with me for years! Ed moved on, but Michael is now at Newport store, sold me a great phone today. Knows his stuff, saved me money, and he’s super nice and fun! Go see him in Newport, you will thank me.

Michael was an amazing help dealing with our phone issues. Great customer service and very profesional, even while my two girls were screaming. Would highly recommend this store if you have issues or questions, beats sitting on the phone for hours with tech support.

I had the best experience with this store. Cory and Cora are always pleasant and full of knowledge. Mike is the perfect customer service person I have ever met in my life and I have met a lot. He is so down to earth and never gets flustered. He acknowledged every single person that walked in the door without making us feel pushed off. If you need to visit a verizon store this is the BEST!!!
